Everything about 40 Livyers Loop was unbelievable, from the very friendly & helpful staff, to the extremely comfortable bed & mattress. The best 3-nights sleep I've experienced in years. It was recharging; and if I ever need a place in St John's to rest, I will try them again.

I stayed here with my wife when we came to my son’s convocation at the university. The rooms are student dormitory rooms. They Are fine. My wife was disappointed that they weren’t en suite. But it is what it is I knew what they were when I booked them so. Very convenient for convocation.

Once I found a phone number for check-in, the desk clerk was able to guide me to the front office. The rest was fairly easy-check in and getting to the room. Room and shared bathroom are clean and comfortable.
