Nice Hotel, Beach, But Don't Dine

Clean Rooms, Nice Beach, Great housekeeping/Reception staff. But the service in the restaurants Salt Plage and the beach restaurant was so so poor and slow even by Caribbean standards, 2 hour waiting time for just a main course. 50 mins to serve drinks on another occasion. The food itself was fine (when it arrived). Decent beachside location, picturesque, but lack of decent local restaurants within walking distance. Sadly due to the poor restaurant service (on a continual basis) we wouldn't return, as there was a lack of options for breakfast and dinner externally close by. So we felt we stuck between a rock and a hard place. Taxi out for breakfast or put up with the service on offer.

The staff was exceptional. Form Check in to check out great service. Joyette and Deandra made us feel special. Chris at the restaurant treated everyone as valued guests and spent the time to learn a out the guest visits chef was amazing. And more importantly the house keeping staff was one of the best team

Just a lovely hotel, stunning location, cared for so so well. We had a junior suite so we could have two beds. Enormous room, brand new bathroom with a pool view. Jolette the receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Beachfront restaurant just incredible food
