Excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel has a lovely exterior and the service was absolutely brilliant attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. Spotless hotel, very friendly staff, great location If you are planning on having a sleep when you check in let them know. They called us to check the room was all fine and were happy, which is great in principle but having been up since 3am woke us up as was having a sleep before going out for dinner

My stay at the Hyatt Regency was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming from start to finish. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were warm and attentive, making me feel taken care of right away. The hotel has a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches that elevate the experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long day. The location is also excellent — within walking distance to Paceville, where the nightlife is vibrant; directly across the street from the shopping mall; and just a few minutes’ walk to St. George’s Beach. Just a small note: there is a bit of a walk from where the taxi drops you off to the main entrance, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage. Overall, the Hyatt Regency offers great service, comfort, and convenience. I would happily return.

The staff made this trip amazing, so friendly and attentive. Room was clean and tidy, the location is a little odd. Out the hotel and left down the hill is full of clubs and British pubs with ‘full breakfast’ not our style. But while in the hotel, bar and surroundings you couldn’t tell you were close to party central.
