Fernanda was an amazing help to me and the nicest person I’ve met, she deserves a raise! Hotel was nice and modern also was in a good location close to bars and restaurants. Check in was easy and quick.

The reception staff were very helpful however overall my stay was only ok. The included breakfast whilst convenient was average with my bread being mouldy. My room (with Spa and Balcony) was very spacious however my shower could not hold the temperature; constantly changing from hot to cold. The air-conditioning was locked which made it difficult to make comfortable and lastly the room cleaning was poor. 2 used glasses were left unchanged for 2 days until I placed them on the bed; on one day, despite turning on the 'clean my room' sign at 8am, it still had not been attended to when I returned at 5pm and the floor constantly felt dirty.

Great hotel needs good staff - they have that.

The staff made this hotel. They really do pay attention to detail and deal with issues quickly and properly. The hotel is in a decent location, close enough to everything whilst being away from it all too. But it was January, so the noise was maybe minimum.

After a shaky start with an issue with bathroom shower water pressure, I was provided an alternative room and upgraded which was much better. Staff are helpful and on hand and the breakfast is really good with attentive and friendly staff throughout.

The place to be

Friendly staff, restaurant on site, great location to clubs, bars, restaurants and convenience stores. My only issue was that the room was a little warming to my liking even if I set the temp at its lowest and the shower would over flow and go onto the bathroom floor. Other than that It's a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Noru, the service was exceptional and the room was just what we wanted, very spacious and clean. The facilities were great. The breakfast was a good selection. Spa treatments were very enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location in St Julian’s with many food and drink places nearby.

This hotel was lovely! It was fresh and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Rooms are very spacious and they definitely pay attention to details. The only downside is how loud the street is. We stayed in a room that had balcony. It was super loud during night because it’s a party area ( which I wasn’t aware of). However over all, our stay was amazing. I definitely recommend the restaurant downstairs, food is absolutely delicious!

The hotel was great, very modern and aesthetic. It has amazing facilities that are there for you to use at anytime and enjoy. The only downside is it’s very close to a party area if you are into that then I think you will be fine, we enjoyed the fact shops and food places were always open but didn’t enjoy how busy it was all the time, the drunk people and mess everywhere. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

I stayed in Malta fir a holiday for the first time. Did not know it was the night ckub district however, once I was at your hotel everything was great. Donna at the Spa made my va atoon. I got the massage package and she is just a wonderful person and very talented. I spent many hours at the indoor pool and Sauna and Steam room. So relaxing. The coffee shop downstairs also has a nice menu loved the Truffle Ravioli. My room was beautiful and the hotel is just over a year old. Staff were all friendly and kind. I found a travel agent around the corner and booked all my tours through her. The pick up point is only a five minute walk from the hotel. I had the best 10 days in Malta I will definitely be back. Thankyou.

Beautiful new property with excellant staff. Very central and easy to walk to the strip. No noise from outside. Spacious rooms. My only critique is to add turkey or chicken sausage to breakfast. There were only pork options. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.
