We had an excellent stay at The Westin Dragonara. Rooms were new, spacious, comfortable and filled with all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star resort. Staff was very friendly, informative and accommodating, Special shout out to Joseph the concierge for helping us with all our questions. The Buffet breakfast is not to be missed... so much variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in one of the luxury suites and it delivered in every aspect. The staff at the hotel looked after us extremely well from the moment we checked in until check out. Warm, friendly and very helpful without exception. The food served in the hotel is also very good. We dined at Quadra and Palasio restaurants during our stay and the service and quality of food was first class. The pool options are varied so plenty to choose from. The hotel definitely deserves its 5 star status.

The hotel itself is beautiful lovely sea views, clean facilities, and a great location. But unfortunately, the reception experience let everything down. We were told we were getting a free upgrade (which we hadn’t asked for), only to be given the exact room we had already paid for. Check-in was slow over 30 minutes with no apology or offer of a drink, and we had to keep chasing. The staff member who handled it was unfriendly and dismissive. Throughout the stay, calling reception was frustrating. It took ages for anyone to pick up the phone, and we waited a long time for basic answers especially when asking for a simple 30-minute late checkout, which no one followed up on. Even after checking out, while we waited in the lobby, we were made to feel unwelcome receiving unfriendly looks as though we should leave. It really took away from what could’ve been a lovely break. Sadly, I wouldn’t return after this experience or recommend it to others.

An amazing hotel to stay at. Spot on for being clean, tidy, spotless. The staff are brilliant, Remesh who work around the pool is amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful & kind. Im disabled he went full out in helping me, with everything. George & Joseph who work on the desk, very helpful & knowledgeable. Would definitely highly recommend it

The property is in a very convenient location and the rooms are cozy and the breakfast delicious. Well, we were not originally put in the room had requested, the staff were able to move us to a Seaview rum by the next day. Staff were very friendly and polite. Would definitely stay there again!
