The room was absolutely disgusting. The floor was sticky, there was long black hair everywhere. The sheets had so many stains on both beds. One bed had food crumbs in it. As soon as I saw that I went to the office to let them know how filthy everything was and that I wanted new clean sheets. Unfortunately the maid service wasn’t Available so they gave me new sheets which also had large stains on them. The phone in my room didn’t work and they did NOTHING about it. There were crackheads lurking around the building. My family felt extremely uncomfortable! The coffee machine was broken and the continental breakfast was gross and very unsanitary. This place needs to be reported! It was way too expensive. The safety, cleanliness was not even worth a 1 star. I would have asked to get a refund and go to another place but unfortunately we came with a large group for a family Christmas get together and had too many rooms. I DON’T recommend EVER coming to this hotel. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!

I booked the least expensive room that I could find, and I got what I paid for. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was ok, but had furniture that was broken. There was no refrigerator, and it looked like someone destroyed the cabinet that held it to remove it. The shower squirted water out from the controls and the handheld shower head was even worse. These things were an inconvenience, but only that. All in all, it was fine and worth the $70 or so that I paid.

Two things for the poor rating. For starters, the room door wouldn't latch, so there was no way to lock the door when leaving the room. At least there was a chain lock on the inside for while in the room. Second...It was like a scavenger hunt trying to find outlets in the room that worked. Half of the wall outlets were dead.

This wax a nice place. The only complaint is that a member of the staff wax sleeping on the couch in the lobby as we were checking out. Not a good sign of professionalism.

This. Property doesn't have housekeeping. The carpets are rarely vacuumed and the staff is difficult to understand their language. I stayed 4 night in a row and thought I should have flgotten more of discount. Breakfast is only waffles and cereal also. The hotel gives a good 1st impression but the longer you stay you can really see the dirt

Our first room had bed bugs and the room had mold in the lamp.We didn't notice the bed bugs until four hours after arriving and my son was asleep. I went to the front and told them we had bed bugs. They switched our room but only gave me one key. The next morning I noticed our remote for the TV was not there. I told the front desk and they said they would get one for us. We went out for about 2 hours, when we came back we still had no remote. I went to the front desk again and asked for a remote and they again said they would get us a remote. We left for the day and came back that evening and still no remote. At this time I tried to connect our firestick and got the TV on by a button under the TV. None of the HDMI connections worked so we still could not use the TV. I was very disappointed by this hotel. I would of left the first night if we had somewhere to go or I could afford to purchase a different hotel room. I have never stayed in any hotel as dirty as this one and inattentive staff. DO NOT STAY Here!
