2 bulbs above the sink were both blown. There was not toilet lid on back of toilet. Batteries were dead in TV remote. Breakfast was 3 stale bagels, 2 muffins, milk for cereal was warm.... The lady in evening was polite and always smiling and making eye contact.

Room was awful, the hallway said no smoking but everyone was clearly ignoring that rule On the 2nd floor in the pet friendly rooms, they could use a maintenance man and someone to clean. The lobby was nice and it is convenient to places to eat. The breakfast was only make your own waffles, no coffee creamer except for some powder packets, cereal , no milk, and a couple muffins. So don't count on breakfast They have no cable tv only roku tv that freezes up continuously some packets of powder

First room I was checked into wasn’t cleaned up after the last guest. Found a cup of coffee by the bed stand and stains in the toilet. I complained to front desk who checked me into another room. Sheets and everything else in the room looked very old. To make matters worse, we found a bed bug crawling on the sheet. My worst hotel experience ever. To think I settled for them because of a good experience at one of their franchises at a different state in 2014.

Was not the best hotel that i have stayed in. Tried turning on the two lights by the beds and there were no bulbs in the fixtures. Rooms were average at best. Not a good breakfast either. Had to stop at a nearby Dunkin Donuts to get better food and coffee.

No staff available at check in to check in, waited 27 minutes for someone to arrive at front desk, even while repeatedly calling the hotel phone with no one answering it. Entire building smelled like marijuana, all three floors (my room was on 3rd floor). Sheets were dirty and stained and I had no toilettries in my room upon arrival. The “breakfast” was literally a waffle iron and syrup and juice/coffee. Will never return to this hotel.

Yes, did not change linen, did not take out trash, did not clean room, ice machine to bring foon second floor no ice, first room we were in the ceiling over the bathtub had a hole in and water was running out of it, I was told to wait until tomorrow to change room, room smelled bad, new room phone did not work, doors on cabinet didn't close, refrigerator dirty,to bring down towels to be washed,hall way floor dirty,stains on sheets, stains on walls, mattress lumpy, pillows old, just not up to health standards all around terrible,day desk clerk had bad attitude would not stay there again and would not recommend for anyone else to stay there, would like half my money spent reimbursed.
