We paid over $350.00 for our room and the tv’s did not work and the hot water was out. They knew this when we checked in but did not tell us. The tv’s were eventually fixed but not the water. I wonder how they did dishes and washed the linens without hot water

I decided to stay at this hotel because of a tornado warning in my area. I paid $300.00 for the suite online. When I arrive at the hotel the receptionist told me that my cat Patchoulia wasn't welcome. The room that I booked online was advertised as having a microwave and refrigerator, therefore,I brought food from home and placed it in the refrigerator. When I got hyngry I noticed that the room had a refrigerator without a microwave. I think that this hotel should have a section of the property that is a little more family friendly and that values the basice needs of the customer. I had just got off of work that night and had to pull myself together to leave the room to buy food.

I liked the rooms/ hotel staff nice. They need to tell you when pool is not open- casino employees were not all nice- they could not find sports games, don’t explain boyd rewards very well; and stopped serving alcohol at 1am on Saturday due to daylight savings and at 130 walked around taking peoples drinks and dumping them - not nice! The casino min bets for games was high on weekends - 20 and 25 dollar minimum.

Was a great stay. View on the river side during winter is meh.... Best thing for view was at night seeing the mass amount of traffic going over the bridge. Food options.... amazing!!! If you go to a show at The Rize, dont expect the main act to go on until 1 am.

Very nice suites. Very clean. Room wasn't ready til after 4. My only problem was no carts. Its a bit of a walk from garage parking to inside checkin with your arms hurting from dragging stuff in. Carts should be accessable if there are any. I never saw 1 anywhere through hotel. They only had 1 cup of coffee for 2 people. When i asked for maybe 2 extra calling from my room, they couldn't do it. Made no sense. Thier hospitality needs some tunning done. Im not 1 to leave reviews but i felt needed to for this particular property.
