We offer a boutique hotel warehouse overnight stay experience in Downtown St Louis. If you are traveling with a large group, want a memorable experience, and want to stay together, LOOK NO FURTHER! Photographers, artists, musicians, and creative-minded travelers love our space! Great downtown location, just a few blocks from all downtown activity! Sporting event, concert, and convention goers are our specialty.

Our two 3rd-floor penthouses can easily sleep up to 20 people each with their own private kitchen and bathroom. Guests also have access to a large game room and lounge (with billiards, darts, ping pong, foosball, 60-inch TVs, a community kitchen, and bathroom).

Includes ample parking that is both free and secure (perfect for buses, RVs, and groups with multiple vehicles). Additional features include a main floor lobby bar, free Wi-Fi, commercial keypad locks, and security cameras in all common area spaces.

This is a unique and memorable overnight stay experience, if you are looking for a traditional hotel or house, it is probably not for you. Please note, that our 3-story warehouse has stairs and no elevator. However, we do offer two 1st floor suites that are fully ADA accessible and sleep up to 10 each. Our facility is not ideal for children or elderly. If traveling with children, please contact us before booking. We do not accept reservations from groups or guests under the age of 26. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow unregistered visitors. Fees are based on the number of people and length of stay. $60.00 per person per stay in addition to the original base price reservation costs.

We offer Event Space for nearly every type of gathering. All event space rental requests must provide a detailed description of your plans that include:
1) The approximate total number of people attending your event?
2) Hours of event?
3) How many of the group will spend the night, if any?
4) Any special accommodations?
5) No confetti in or around the property.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
This hotel offers a stereo, books, and table tennis. Amenities include a foosball table and designated smoking areas.

Weekend at the warehouse.

This property was perfect for the group of people. Communication with Greg was fantastic and there were no problems with check-in. There were instructions on the table for the check out process. Everything went smooth and I would definitely recommend it and would book again. Thanks Greg!

Hidden gem downtown

Property was clean and inviting inside. Lots of beds to choose from, we wished we had brought more people! Only gripe is wishing there was another bathroom in the penthouse, instead of going downstairs to a communal one.

Great for large parties attending Dome events

Jordan was an incredible host, working with us up to the week of arrival to ensure the right number of guests and giving us amazingly early checkin (thank you!). We rented the space for a conference at The Dome (easy walk) and ended up sharing the entire space with others we knew, which worked great. The space was open and large, very unique, and well-suited for large groups. Those who want to be pampered and have a boujie experience, do not book this. Its amazing, but very rustic, and located off the beaten path. You definitely need to walk with others anywhere you go in the area. The ONLY thing that was an issue, and not in Jordans control, was the "basement-bar" right behind us that had an obnoxious rave happening both Friday and Sat night, and the base music was loud until around 2am. Otherwise, it was a great experience! Would happily book again if we could get enough people for a similar event.

Stay - fair quality

Thank you for the accommodation. However, it does not cater to disabled people and the alternative accommodation had only one bathroom for 11 people and there was no sink at all other than to rely on the sink in the bathroom. It is grossly inconvenient and the fan and AC ventilation was very poor. The lighting system is also problematic with one switch controlling all main lights. No lights on done rooms.
