There was about an inch of dust on the vent in the bathroom, ripped shower curtain, pedaling paint on the bathroom door, old stained sink and tub, hair on the bathroom floor…GROSS! Woke up at 2:30 am to loud pounding. No internet/TV the entire second night. The pool umbrellas are half way in the half drained pool. Not worth the price.

Frustrating Check-in Process,

Overall, the stay at Best western was okay, but the check-in process was a major issue. It took over 3 hours to get into our room, which was incredibly frustrating after a long day of travel. To make matters worse, we couldn’t check out properly either — there was no clear process or support from the property. We reached out to Hotels.com during the check-in delay to try and switch to a different hotel, but they were no help at all. We felt stranded and unsupported. The room itself was decent once we finally got in, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't book here again, and I’m very disappointed in the lack of assistance from Hotels.com.

I have stayed at this hotel, many times, but was greatly disappointed this time. The bedsheets were dirty and had already been used by another guest (hair and a cigarette butt in them), the carpet had a horrible odor, and they ran out of breakfast an hour before it ended. Do not plan to return.

The hotel was nice. Some repairs were needed in our room. We were only there for one night. The bed was comfortable. We went to breakfast, but chose not to stay. Pretty busy. We were going to wait for the food to be restocked, but could not find a clean table. The staff, I assume were making more food.

Staff was very friendly, but the main light in the bathroom didn't work, so we had to use the heating lamp. The eggs at breakfast were cold and parking was interesting, but it was in a convenient location. Also really liked they have us a 10% discount for Texas Roadhouse
