The room was poorly cleaned after the previous guest. The bathtub was full of hair. The receptionists wiped out, but it was not enough. There is no confidence that the rest of the room are properly cleaned/disinfected.

hotel was good. one night it was loud due to a party in one of the conference rooms that spilled out into the hallway. Chilis was the restaurant connected to the hotel. Really wish they had better staff.

It was nice and in a very good neighborhood. Both side entry doors were out of order. Elevators were super small. Staff followed you around watching everything you do. My daughter was told she couldn’t cut her biscuit in line. She had to get out of line then come back.

Great hotel - don’t count on getting breakfast!

Hotel is immaculate, staff very friendly. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster. We wee on the road so booked hotels with breakfast on purpose. There was only a couple of bagels, one cereal pot and nothing else other than coffee. There was still a half hour to go but it was clear the items weren’t being topped up. At least 3 families came in and left again, including us. A shame, because otherwise the hotel is lovely.

The beds were very bouncy, the pool needs to be cleaned badly, there was a ton of black gunk around the drain area in the deep end. Most staff was nice. The breakfast was the same thing 4 days in a row, the pancake machine doesnt work, the lady who runs the breakfast is rude and says the pancake machine is new but she doesnt know how to run it... it should be her job to know how!! I wouldnt stay here again
