No hot water for 2 days. No trash can in the room. No daily room service. Smells of Marijuana throughout the floor I was on. People shooting dice in the lobby. 40 People just hanging out in the lobby area after midnight.

not planning on staying again

Service was great but the condition is poor. When I tried to use the internet I found I had to move to a corner of the room away from the desk. The fitness room photos showed free weights, there was none, and the machine was held together litterly by a shoestring. Curtains need cleaned. The heater was on 64 but I was burning up. There were a few other things but won't elaborate.

Decent for a quick stay.

First off the people that work there were fantastic and breakfast was amazing. The room was decent. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work so everything fogged up. Only found one plug that worked. And even though it’s not the hotels fault the people next to us were blaring music so loud after 11pm. Overall we may not stay there again.

The hotels website stated they had a bar , there was NO bar anywhere in the facility , we got into our room and there was no trash can . We asked for one and never got it. The very early morning of check out we went down and got breakfast and there was seems to be like homeless people in the dining area . The lady with blonde hair doing everything in the dining area was speaking to someone loudly about doing drugs and if they had any to come back and get high with her. We go back up to the room , try to use the restroom located in our room and it was somehow clogged when we never used it that morning. We go tell staff , and they never came up to fix it. We had to leave and find somewhere to use the restroom. Never going back , highly DONT recommend. The pictures are a “ catfish “ situation. Do NOT go here.

This place was falsely advertised, my toilet wasn’t clean there was pee drippings on top of toilet seat and then when I raised it there was cigarette ash on seat and in toilet, I literally am just using the bed and leaving in the morning I’m not using that nasty bathroom I will be going somewhere else to stay fit the rest of my trip in ST . Terrible for the weather

Everything was ok and I mean only OK. Except for the hot water there was NONE.. we could not shower. there was no hot water. The sheets so you could see the static electricity. It was shocking us very badly. It actually hurt. And our son is only two. And the temperature outside was 12° dead of winter and even colder than that during the night. It was terrible

Check in was a breeze! No issues. The property is a bit dated and could use some updates, but it was clean. When I arrived, there were several people loitering outside the hotel which caused concern for my safety. However, I slept through the night with no issues. I likely will not stay here again.

Customer Service was great! Rooms could definitely use some upgrading. Beds were really stiff, shower head leaked. The plus in the bathroom was really wore out, couldn’t plug in anything. Breakfast was average.
