Room was clean. They charge way to much for. Bottle water. $3, same with Starbucks coffee. Almost double what Starbucks charges, & there is a Starbucks right outside in shopping center.

Property is in need of repair. My USB port in my room didn’t work thank goodness I had enough charge on my phone. The rooms are about a three out of 10 in my opinion the bed was OK. $192 for a one king bedroom and you got no breakfast because you have to pay for it and there was no happy hour because the bar was closed because they couldn’t find an employee to work at so you’re paying $192 for a two star hotel it was just the most disappointing hotel that I’ve been in in St. Louis

The rooms and facilities were very nice and very clean. However the building must be poorly constructed because it is not sound-proof at all. We stayed there once before and in the evening there must have been a party going on in the room above us because the noise of music and multiple people stomping on the floor. I complained to the front desk person twice, but nothing was done and the noise went on for hours. We couldn't sleep. I expected a different experience this time, but the noise of people walking around in the room above was similar, tho much, much, shorter in duration.

Great location in West St. Louis

Staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived before noon but was still able to get into my room to get some work done. Outdoor area was great and the location was convenient to several stores and restaurants. The only two negatives were that rooms on the freeway side of the building did get a lot of noise and there were not any mats in the gym for things like stretching and body weight exercises. Otherwise it was a fantastic place to be for a week long business trip.
