All the staff are super friendly, and all the included food and drinks were wonderful. They really pay close attention to details. We had 5 in our room and we had 5 towels. It was hiding in the bedding for pullout. No glass bottles in the pool room, but they had plastic cups right outside the pool entrance. The building was sturdy and quiet. I really can’t say enough good about the place! We will definitely be back!

checked in the hotel around 6:30pm and we were given three cards for three complimentary alcohlic drinks (one card PP) that they had at the bar and it was opened till 7pm which was a nice surprise and they has had complimentry dinner buffet as well. The beds were comfy. I did look for an extra blanket but they did not have any in Room. They had a ton of pillows and everything was clean. I enjoyed my stay.

We were charged $50 more than what we were told on this website. They said it included free dinner and drinks but we were given the wrong times. Also breakfast was not available early enough for us. Not worth the money at all.

Better than Disney from what I was told.

My kids loved it and felt your hotel was better than Disney's. But the eggs at breakfast were very bland and I was complimented that mine were better. So I guess thanks for that too. Your complimentary evening meal fine but that is some of the blandest tasting hotdogs I've ever encountered.
