Somewhat disappointed

Baseboards and floors were dirty. The floors turned our feet black. There were no utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates in kitchen. Entire kitchen cabinets were empty. In order to cook we had to go buy all kitchen supplies needed. It defeated the purpose in getting a room with a kitchen to cook. Oven door would not close. No big trashcan in kitchen. No dish soap. We found a used diaper in the couch cushions. Was stuffy and smelled of strong smoke in the hallways and stairway. Check in was wonderful. Beds were comfy and clean. Centrally located to things to do in St. Louis. Check out was a breeze.

It was so filthy, kitchen was disgustingly filthy… tv in weird spot, door handle was broken, reeked of cigarette smoke, door to inside building is broken… I do not feel comfortable, clean or safe here.

Enjoyed my Stay

My stay was good... the room was clean and comfortable... the staff were courteous and friendly. The only problem was pet fecies all over the grounds... however... the staff has just implemented a plan to solve the issue. I would stay here again for sure.

Pleasant stay not always so pleasant.

Went to check in my room was about 3 hours late. Got upgraded to a better room which seemed like it was in disrepair no trash can no phone no amenities at all in the room it seemed like it was not ready to be rented. As in my frequent visitor this isn't common but this is the interaction I had last time I was there
