Our stay was nice the staff was friendly and parking was easy to navigate. The only thing we found a bit odd is that there was no hand soap in the bath room.
Really Good place! Excellently centrally located..breakfast is plenty and good.

I'm amazed that Maryland heights doesn't feel as safe as it used to.all my friends lived there.And my bést friends dad was Captàin of the cities police dept. For 17yr.s.Also hv schoolmates who serve for the force.
The first room when we checked in, my wife noticed what looked like a brown thick thread on then bed. Took a photo, it was some type of worm. I pulled it off and it was definitely a worm, the TV in the room next to us had the TV so loud no way to sleep. I complained about the TV didn't mention the worm, the desk put us in another room, which was a SMOKING room when we were in a NON SMOKING room, due to Asthma. Desk clerk was very polite. But SORRY will not be staying here again. Worse Hampton INN I've stayed in. I always had perfer Hampton INN because they met my expectations. NOT this one
There was a mixup on my reservation, but they made it right. It was a clean and up-to-date facility. My major complaint is they offer 138 TV stations, but no guide or instructions on how to access the channel you want. The channels were two numbers followed by a dash, followed by another number. Most of us do not know how to input those stations. A simple card in the room with instructions would have made the experience so much better.
Property was below average for cleanliness. Did not have enough lighting in the bathroom or bedroom Air vent in bathroom had mildew on it. Carpet was dirty. Overall property was below average compared to other Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in.

Be careful booking here
Booked for a business event. Prior to checking in that day, I was hospitalized with an illness. A family member (traveling with me) attempted to use the reservation. The front desk person wanted to see a copy of my identification, credit card, reservation confirmation, etc. which were with me - in the hospital. He left and stayed at Homewood Suites. We will be using Homewood suites when doing business in St. Louis from now on.
Our stay was disappointing. We stayed here two years ago. At that time, the hotel was clean and well maintained. This trip found the hotel run down, and one of the elevators was out of service. Per the maintenance crew, the elevator has been out of service for several months. It was terribly inconvenient for all of the guests, as the hotel was full.
When I checked in to my room the heat wasn’t working very loud room cold I called front desk guy came up and tried to fix it he couldn’t said he would move me he didn’t the unit was loud my whole stay I didn’t have the energy to keep going back and forth so I stuck it out they staff should always check on there guests especially when there’s a problem no one ever checked on me not once I’m glad I know how to take care of myself
