What we liked: Centralized location had us within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to do in any direction, quick access to the highway, and the fact that it was pet friendly was nice. What we DID NOT LIKE: Their website says it is newly remodeled but it is not, the only part that was newly remodeled that we saw during our stay was the lobby. As soon as you turn the corner to the hallway where the rooms are located, there are scratches and gouged chunks in the walls running the ENTIRE length of the hallway from the house keepers cleaning carts being shoved down the hallway against the walls, the carpet also had stains all over it the length of the hallway. The door to our room was in desperate need of repair, the lock would stick requiring me to literally throw my shoulder into the door to get it to open most of the time, my wife had teouble getting into the room at all without my assistance. In addition to this we had to keep getting our door keys reset at the front desk as they would randomly stop working on several occasions. Our room had stains in the carpet, there was some kind of pinkish purple paint or nail polish smeared on the wall above the couch, the shower had rust stains running down the shower wall and in the base of the tub, we found a roach trapped in the tub, and the lights in the bedroom would not stay on, only flicker constantly. One night fire alarms went off 3 times, no muster points, evacuation plans or guest safety checks.

The room and furnishings were not really clean. Stains, scuffs, carpet soiled socks. Towels had holes and tears. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Couldn't call front desk--just beep beep beep when trying. Only provided 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Long hairs in towels and on floor. Fire alarm went off several times over night and the next day. Terrible stay! Would not recommend.
Holes and rips in towels, no spares provided.

I would stay again. Conveniently located near Hollywood Casino Ampitheatre and St.Louis Music Park.
TV is on a swivel, so you can face it towards the bed.

They checked us into a room that was not clean. We returned to the desk and they got us into a different room. The hotel was dirty and musty smelling. It’s old and in desperate need of some TLC.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. There were no linens for the pull out bed and the phone didn't work to call down to the front desk. My husband went down to the desk and couldn't find anyone. He finally reached someone using a phone in the hallway.
