The TV didn’t work at first, floor was sticky, definitely needs a new ottoman. Ours was pretty badly stained so it looked kinda gross. The employees were nice though. It wasn’t a horrible experience.

We got to our hotel on a Friday around 6pm. The check in went smooth and then we got to our room. There was still a “Do not disturb” sign on our door, there were no towels, washcloths, or hand towels, the fridge had leftover food, and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. We had to ask three separate times for the front desk to bring us towels so we could at least shower. The bedding did not look like it was very clean. There were stains left behind on the pillow case. Overall it was a hotel that we got to have a nights sleep in, but the cleaning was not even bare minimum.

Was a really good place to stay on our vacation. Had a slight mishap with room but staff took care of every need. Breakfast was ok and elevator was slow and overal room was clean my lady always cleans up anywhere we go so she was pleased as well.

No need to rush

Basically its called an extended stay for a reason. Large fridge, kitchenette, sofa couch, roomy. Our stay coincided with a concert at Riverport. We walked to and fro the venue. They have a continental breakfast( no protein) Waffles, cereal, oats, bagels, coffee and condiments. (At least they had something) We felt very comfortable with our stay. Would stay again.
