they kept my deposit after saying they would refund it, i left my room clean, i didnt have amy towels or blankets i had to ask for them and i still did receive any they told me they didnt have time to wash any, my room was not cleaned from the previous guest, i was told the staff left for the say and finished half way, i couldn’t get a refund so i had no choice to stay

i didnt have any blankets in my room and the room wasn’t finished being cleaned and they still gave me the room like that i requested another room was told nothing was available and being that i had already checked in i couldn’t cancel or request a refund, i didn’t have any blankets or towels there was debris on the floor idk what it was the bathroom wasn’t cleaned as well when i went to speak to the front desk they ignored me they walked to the back and didnt come back out to speak with me to resolve the issue, someone please help me..

Gross, stain and hair left in bed with the thinnest comforter I've ever seen and a top sheet. Sink light fixture was only at a quart of functionality. Black spots in toilet that don't move. Non working bathroom fan system. Handprints left all over the window. "Desk" had no chair and was tucked into the pace between one of the queen beds and the wall. Just a gross place. The hallways all smelled so terrible I nearly vomited thrying to traverse the maze of a building to check out a day early from my stay and get a refund for the next night and the $50 hold that they keep for your stay.

The staff was very polite and the lobby was clean. There was an awful smell in the elevator and the hallways smelled like dirty gym socks. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was at the end of the hall and it was noisy from what sounded like a high-pitch sound from water pipes.

I mean it’s a sub $100 hotel when the rest are more than $150 a night. You get what you pay for. The Mexican workers in the parking lot at 12:30 with loud music and cervezas was expected. The room, welp, it’s dated, and it’s been dated real hard and long. I killed one roach, but didn’t see any signs of anything else and buddy I checked long time!!! Staff were nice. The place had that week old stake beer smell, but it was fairly clean overall.

The smell of curry was overpowering in the hallway. I had a roach run across the floor in my room, which died as quickly as I spotted it. People were extremely noisy and some seemed like theyay be living in their room. Could see cats in the windows. Generally did not feel comfortable leaving my car/belongings unattended.

Good choice

I needed a motel to stay at, while my husband was in the hospital, for a few days. This was the closest and most affordable. I just wanted a place to sleep and shower. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet even though it was right beside the interstate. I slept very well during my 2 night stay. It's in a fairly, decent neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shopping. I was happy with my choice.
