The entire place smelled. Our room was very dank smelling, smelled like cigarettes and mold. The all's were dirty, the ceiling was dirty and peeling. There were holes in the wall where things had been removed, the phone didn't work. The shower curtain didn't cover the entire shower, so water leaked all over the bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

To start, the receptionist provided a whatever type of service like if she was bothered by us checking in. Upon entering the room I noticed it wasn’t as cleaned as I assume all hotels are supposed to be. The bathroom walls were dirty like if either water from mopping or some liquid splattered and dried down and no one bothered to clean it, the towels had yellow and brown stains looked like really old towels, the hair dryer I didn’t use so I don’t know if it worked but was very old and rusty. The elevator was very old felt unsafe using it, the doors felt forced while closing and opening, the next morning the elevator wasn’t working and we were on the 3rd floor, we called reception a couple times and never answered the phone, there was a sign that said do not use exit door so we weren’t sure it was okay to use it, eventually saw someone coming from there and were able to go down but there was no sign stating the elevator was out of service. No trash cans in the room or bathroom. All appliances, tv, furniture etc are very old. Other hotels and motels we have stayed for half the price were spotless and excellent service. I paid $94 for the room, almost $100 is way too overpriced for the service and amenities they offer, this hotel is very ran through, at least offer towels that people feel comfortable using. I think if the hotel and our bedroom were cleaned would have been a better experience. Old, uneasy, and unclean is the short description of our stay.

It's decent. There's a ton of really neglected areas where cleanliness is concerned, including the bedding. But there were no bed bugs, and I didn't get stabbed or robbed. I did find a car broken into right next to where mine was parked, but overall a decent stay.

The pool was closed. We got stuck in the elevator. The motel is home to derelicts who hang around outside and in the hallways. We were overcharged the rate we had agreed to on Hotels.com. They would not refunds that money. This place is a dump.

We checked in Saturday afternoon, day 1 tv not working, poorly cleaned, dirty towels. Day 2 tv still not working, poor customer service, nasty breakfast. TV issues never resolved and made to feel like we shouldn't have complained about any of the above issues. told we need to contact the 3rd party used for our discount for the room conditions. Will never stay here again.
