No bath tub, no window opening

They didn't have one of the basic things: a plug for a bathtub that needed one. When I asked at the front desk, she seemed puzzled by the very idea. I suppose most people do it as a shower, but having a tub bath is a major thing I want from a hotel. I had to jerry-rig a plastic bag. So if you want to come here and take a tub bath, be sure to bring a plug with you. The windows don't open. Again, to me, when it's pretty weather, having proper ventilation is needed for both comfort and health. I wish hotels.com would give forewarning about those places where the windows don't open. It's a deal-breaker for me. At those times of year when the weather allows for it, I'd want to go only to those places (still in the majority) that do allow for open windows. The room smelled badly enough that I wondered if I had been put in a smoking room.

I checked in didnt recieve the internet password as well as the toilet leaking out the bottom and all they did was give us towels to soak up the water and it consiantly smelled like week and never got refunded my deposit

I can’t even explain cops all nite people doing drugs and screaming all nite room very very nasty beds not even clean . Sheets in room with body fluids very bad area also

Filthy, dangerous, and no heat

Toilets had fecal matter on them, the bed and pillows were covered in brown stains, and the door barely locked. There's homeless people everywhere, who leave their liquor bottles strewed all over the hotel property. What was most unacceptable was the fact that the heater was broken. It was one degree at 4:00AM and I was bundled in a jacket, gloves, and socks just so I didn't become hypothermic.

Smelled of smoke, burnt comforter & sheets, neighbors separated by adjoining flimsy door, loud & up all night, I simply didn’t sleep, & then, to top it off, decided to leave early & NO hot water. I had a meeting this morning and could not shower. I booked another room on my own, & begged for an early check in to shower. Unreal. Horrible experience. And I’d like to look into a refund.

There were roaches & they never gave me my deposit. Their pet policy isn’t accurate says pets stay free but made me pay extra 85$ for 3 nights with pets I have documentation of the roaches

The room was pretty rough looking and could use a fresh paint job. The shower head was amazing however - great water flow and lots of hot water! Also, I was traveling with a pet and appreciated the $0 pet fee, which was great. One frustration I did have was with the television. The channels did not match the guide provided and it was very difficult to find channels I wanted to watch (CBS mainly, for football on Sunday). Overall, and okay stay for the price. Bed was comfy, bedding was clean and comfortable, AC worked fine.

I honestly wasn’t expecting top tier accommodations. Last minute choice due to unforeseen circumstances. So for the price, I didn’t expect much. The front desk associates were extremely kind. The building and rooms are just old and run down. All linen on the bed was old and stained. The shower was extremely dirty. The property owners should just sell and move on.

The latch on my door of room 113 is broken in two places, and the deadbolt does not close properly. The toilet paper was nearly gone, with no extras. Sink doesn’t drain properly - took over ten minutes to drain. Final straw was the bug crawling across my pillow.

Upon staying for 9 days for a business trip. 6/9 days I had reported to Front Desk Staff that Housekeeping is NOT doing their Job. Why Service a Room or Any? If you're NOT going to replace face towels for Guest to wash Face/ Body. & still leave the Bathtub & Sink Dirty from the day before consistently. Bad Experience/ Stay. Moved to a Different/ New room on the last night & found Mold spots on the ceiling above the bathtub.
