This was our second time to stay here and it was just as great as the first time. From the time we arrived until the time we left we were well cared for and really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Each interaction we had with the staff was very positive. They were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and fresh, room was clean and the kitchens are beautiful! We were offered our choice of upper or lower level when we checked in and I really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. We had plenty of soft clean towels and all the full size toiletries we needed. My family loves staying here and we will definitely be back next time we are in the area. I absolutely recommend this place 10/10, 5 stars

Complete dump- this is a 1 star hotel

This place is a dump- everything went wrong. It was the dirtiest place. does not look like the pictures at all. I wanted a refund and wanted to leave but they would not refund y money. worst place I have ever stayed

Liked how spacious the room was with a 2 double bed bedroom and a loft with a king bed. Did not like how dirty the fixtures and floor and carpet were. The beds were clean. The pool was cloudy and when I asked when the pool gets cleaned, the staff smirked and said soon. Was cloudy all three days of our stay with bits of hair and cups floating in the pool. Actual breakfast times were different then the actual times so we missed breakfast. Staff never smiled.

A day or two before our stay, I called to request a downstairs room because of wife's recent knee replacement. Upon arrival I was booked upstairs at back of building, which meant a longer walk to unload our stuff. Fortunately, staff was able to assign us a street-level room. Site has virtually no lawn area for dog but owner's consider it pet friendly. Fortunately, we left our dog home. Breakfast was better than average, but wish they had a waffle maker instead of pancake maker.
