The West End is located in the St. Louis Central West End Neighborhood!

1. No, parties. You must get pre authorization from us if you are having friends and family over. Violations will result in immediate cancellation.
2. No smoking inside the room or building. We have designated smoking area next to the patio. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout.
3. Community Kitchen: It is self-serve. Make sure to clean-up after yourself. Please acknowledge it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume any items left by previous guest. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
4. Please do not rearrange our furniture. If there are any items or parts broken or heavily soiled that are not done by you, please report them immediately to avoid a possible fee for replacement.
5. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
6. At the check-in, the Booker is required to be present with Govt issued photo ID and valid Credit Card for incidentals. (Airbnb guest no damage deposit is required)
