Couldn’t ask for anything better! 24/7 security. Front desk ladies were absolutely amazing!!! Room was perfect, quiet, heat worked great, and beds were so comfy. Breakfast staff was happy and chipper. Valet left our car at the front because we had to leave extremely early to get myself to the hospital for surgery. Will DEFINITELY stay here every 2 months when I have to go up to the hospital. Breakfast looked amazing but I can’t comment on it because I didn’t eat due to being NPO.

I booked a room with a view & there were no view. & their parking garage closes at night because they try to force valet parking on you when all they have is curbs, not even a parkinglot. Wish I could post pics.

It was difficult to find the hotel and then to find somewhere to park to wait for the valet. It was a mess. Plus the first room wasn’t cleaned, fortunately they were nice enough to put me in a bigger room for that. That’s why the staff get an A+ for the night.

It was easy to make tge reservation. As soon as we got the room and told them the shower knob didnt work we had a new room immediately. The view was beautiful and it make for a comfortable time altogether. I will be using this hotel again!

The room is very clean, clean bed, sheets and towels, the lady of housekeeping is doing good job her name is Ms Dora, the ladies in the reception are so lovely and helpful, the only thing is the staff for breakfast serving the lady for serving breakfast was so rude that before 10am she closed the machines while myself and other people was still grabbing food, also I asked the same lady of breakfast serving that I need a glass of juice she said excuse me where are you going the breakfast is closed though still there was juice, same lady was doing everything quickly and not in a clean way she was making a lot of noise and not respectable at all, for a hotel like this very bad breakfast attitude serving, even if the breakfast serving lady has another job to go to I understand but still she does not have the right for this attitude and for a hotel like Hilton,

The staff was the best part of the stay! And the cleaning staff were friendly! But my room was only cleaned once and when I requested new towels never got them! Downtown area of STL filled with lots of homeless people so the hotel was fully guarded with security that is a very telling sign that the area isn't that safe! Valet parking for $55 was almost the same cost of the room per night! The frozen egg mix and subpar breakfast meat was like blahhh I only ate it once. But the coffee was good! The hallway trash cans smelled so bad every day like the idar was so bad I had to hold my nose the trash needs to be emptied every day! Also around breakfast time the places where people eat need to be cleaned hourly lots of food debris on the floor. Overall it was a bad experience but I wouldn't recommend unless on a budget and need something just decent enough to get by!
