Problem with Shuttle

Hotel was very good and convenient to airport, which is why we reserved it - for the 24 hour shuttle service. However, that became an issue - we had a very early flight and we were told at the front desk night before that the shuttle leaves every 20 minutes starting on the hour, and to be there several minutes before. We came down for the 5:40 am shuttle at 5:34 am and were told it already had left. So. now we have a problem, but no real help - just too bad. So, we had to pay for an Uber (rather expensive 2 mile trip - $25) to get to the airport as needed. Poor form, and would not use this hotel again since not able to provide the one key service we needed.

Perfect hotel for what we needed.

Hotel was easy to access, free parking, and clean. Only minor complaints are no hot water in bathroom sink (once I let them know they were attentive), needed a trash can in the bathroom, and water dispenser in the breakfast room. The rest of the stay was great.

The room was a little musty but that is just from it being an older property. The young lady was super friendly I had nothing to complain about. As far as cleanliness, the only thing I found was a paper clip under the cushion on the chair. Outside of that the room was clean, staff was friendly, and I slept well.

The staff was excellent, and very kind. Our family came in for our father's funeral and they were very accommodating. They gave us a block of rooms so we were close to one another and set up a conference room for us to gather in and share memories.

The hotel is nice and very clean! All of the employees I interacted with were very helpful and kind. They run their shuttle 24 hrs a day which was super helpful for us as our plane didn’t get in until after midnight.
