host was welcoming, yes.The appartment was clean with the exception of one pillowcase which appeared to either not be washed or needed additional bleaching.Would have been nice to have more toiletries. At a minimum there should have been hand soap for both bathrooms.Thank heavens I'd packed my own shampoo as there weren't the normal toiletries one would expect in a nice hotel. Being from the U.S. we had no clue how to operate the heat, so a few instructions would have been nice. Also, while not a game changer, it would have been good to know exactly how far up and down the mountain we would be walking each time we wanted to go somewhere. Overall, the apartment was cute and the view from the window stunning and we enjoyed our stay. My observations are meant to help your prepare better for the next visitor.
