.A fun Antique Coffee bar is set up to easily access your morning coffee or turn it into a cocktail bar in the evening .
.The designated workspace over looks the ocean and can be also used for kids games or cards as it has four stools.
. The huge one level living area is great for family gathering or movie watching on the 55” smart tv or dvd with many movies.
.A cozy wood stove warms up winter nights if desired although the home is completely warm in the winter and air conditioned in summer .
. The huge main bedroom is Gorgeous with its ocean views in the morning and a view of the stars at night ! It has a king bed with beautiful bedding and a smart tv. His and Hers closets and an ensuite with his and hers vanities with a stand up walk in shower with a seat . Mounds of towels and bedding for your use.
.The second bedroom has a queen bed, locally made night stands with lamps and storage. There are plenty of pillows and extra bedding in the spacious closet and storage bench. A second entry door leads to the main bathroom that has a large bathtub and shower combination.
. The third bedroom could be for the kids with
new bunk beds ( double on bottom, twin on top) clip on lamps , book and phone storage holders as well as fun matching bedding . Another twin bed offers lots of sleeping quarters. As well, an air mattress can be pulled out to accommodate more sleepers .
The kids room has local area related books, games and two movable bean bag chairs.
. The laundry room has a washer and dryer with an ironing board and iron for your use if necessary.

Stunning property! Paradise in PEI

We stayed July 6-July 10 as a family of 7 including 3 children. This property exceeded all of our expectations.Inside the beds were so comfortable and every detail was thought of. The face wipes and hair elastics in the bathroom was such a thoughtful touch.Cooking in the beautiful kitchen as the light cascaded through the windows and we looked at the beautiful view. Outside this is where memories were made, watching the kids run on the lawn, searching for shells and crabs on the beach, campfire snores and watching the moon rise from the hot tub. Every amenity is available here and so much pride and care have been taken in the property and hospitality was amazing. We have already booked for next year

Such a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. Loved walking on the beach at low tide, watching the bank swallows soar and seeing the skies constantly changing. I loved the quiet and the peacefulness. Beautiful House!

This house has everything you could possibly need, definitely a home away from home. Thalia has thought of literally everything, so many thoughtful touches - thank you!Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate and I was so disappointed we couldn't use any of the outdoor offerings because there are a lot! But what we loved about this house is, even with the crappy weather, we could enjoy the views because of the large windows that extend the length of the house. We explored the island during the day and when we came back to the house in the evening, it was SO nice coming back to a big, open, airy house with gorgeous views.

Wonderful Stay in PEI

We so enjoyed our Easter weekend! Thalia was so helpful and the house was gorgeous and had every amenity you could ask for. Thalia was so considerate and left us lovely Easter treats which we all enjoyed. The coffee bar was amazing and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. The kids ran and played with the kites and actually dunked themselves in the ocean! We all enjoyed the hottub and a glass of wine! This is a perfect set up for a family to just chill out and spend time together. We will definitely be back as it is the nicest cottage I have ever rented. The view was simply breathtaking. I would highly recommend this property!!

Amazing Stay!

We spent a week at Thalia’s property and immediately it felt like home. The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. She thought of everything. Outside was just as beautiful as inside. That view! My goodness! We loved the ocean at low tide and finding treasures. There were games and activities for inside and outside. Everything was accessible and organized. We spent most of our week exploring the island and we were so grateful to have such an amazing home to come home to each day. We really wish we would have stayed longer to spend more time at Sunbury Cove. Thalia is an amazing host and we certainly hope to be back. We fell in love with PEI!

Perfect family vacation

This beach house was perfect for our family vacation in every way. Right on an amazing Northumberland Straight beach where at low tide you could walk from sand bar to sand bar, and at high tide you could swim/paddle board in amazingly warm water. The beach was like a giant sandbox for my young boys and the biggest playground for our Labrador retriever. Neighbours were welcoming dog lovers as well. The beach house had huge windows to enjoy the spectacular ocean views. The coffee bar and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and much more. Thalia was always quick to respond to questions and made planning/travel stress free. We will most certainly be back.

Perfect PEI Vacation Spot

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO rentals and none compare to this one! The home interior is awesome. Cozy welcoming feeling the moment you walk through the door. The views are stunning! Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful while we were there. Since our visit was in February we really appreciated being able to enjoy a warm fire in the woodstove in the evenings. The furniture is very comfy and beds & bedding are very highend. Slept wonderfully! The kitchen is extremely well equipped. All the cabinets have small stickers on the doors to help you find things. Loved the extras you don't normally find in a rental, like the air fryer, nespresso, milk frother as well as Kuerig etc. Coffee bar was wonderfully stocked with pods for both machines, hot chocolate, flavor syrups, mini marhmellows etc etc. The home is pet friendly and I loved they even provided dishes for our dog. There are so many little extras like this provided I could go on and on! We visited mid-February so couldn't use a lot of the activity equipment but there are kayaks and paddle boards and the list goes on and on. Beautiful firepit outside too. Thalia the owner was extremely responsive and just wonderful to deal with. We spend most of the summer in PEI but this was our first winter visit but won't be our last! If you are looking for a wonderful relaxing vacation book here! We can not wait to return!

Beautiful relaxing exceptional location by the ocean.

The location was not far from Summerside so the drive into town was easy. The location was spectacular and the house was immaculate, comfortable and cozy. Thalia the host was fantastic with clear communication about house and area. We felt welcomed and at home. Highly recommend this place especially and only wish we had more time to enjoy the stay. Fantastic house and host

We had a wonderful stay as a family at this property. All of us agreed it was one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Check in and communication were very easy and Thalia shared information and recommendations in advance, which was helpful. The house is very well stocked and organized, from spices if you want to cook to extra blankets and glasses. The beds are comfortable and there are thoughtful nightlights by each bed. The view from the house is amazing and there is plenty of space to sit and relax or let your kids run off their extra energy. We’d be happy to return again.

Amazing Vacation Home

Our stay was nothing less than perfect! This deserves 5+ stars, and I highly recommend. Thalia’s home on Sunbury Cove was spectacular. It had everything we needed, some things we didn’t know we needed, and some very thoughtful additions that we truly enjoyed. It was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable with soft sheets and warm duvet. And the views!! What better way to start the day with a coffee overlooking the water?! What better way to end the day with a beverage overlooking the water?! The water views and beach walks were amazing with lots of shells and the odd gem of sea glass if you look hard enough. The dogs loved running on the lawn, or just falling asleep on the plush carpet. The location was ideal for us: quiet with a handful of really great neighbours, but close enough to towns and Charlottetown for easy day-trips. Thalia, thanks to our stay in your home, this was the first vacation in a long time where I’ve felt relaxed and rejuvenated. It’s very evident that you take pride in your home and go the extra mile to ensure your guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. I wish the world were filled with hosts like you. Thank you for a wonderful September-summer vacation, and looking forward to our next stay!
