Great for a family

Excellent location for a family trip. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a kitchen. Very spacious and clean, fast broadband. Quiet neighborhood, but no views - which didn’t bother us at all, as it’s so close to pretty much anywhere. Car parked on a street or on a nearby car park (both free). Excellent communication with the hosts. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen. Ausstattung schön. Alles wunderbar funktioniert inkl. Schlüsselübergabe, die sehr nett war und wir gute Tipps bekommen haben.

Wir hatten anfangs etwas Bedenken, dieses Appartment zu buchen, da es noch keine Bewertungen hatte und auch keine genaue Adresse in der Beschreibung stand. Es hat letztlich aber alles gut geklappt. So wie es aussieht, wird die Wohnung von einer Agentur vermietet. Diese hat uns dann zur Wohnungsübergabe jemanden geschickt. Die Kommunikation erfolgte fast nur per Mail. Irritierend war, dass wir eine Woche vor Reisebeginn auf Anfrage unsererseits als Antwort nur erhielten: wir melden uns noch. Das wirkte wenig vertrauenserweckend. Die Wohnung selbst ist ziemlich neu (2017?) und gut ausgestattet. Sogar eine Waschmaschine gibt es. Strom sind 25kwh pro Tag inklusive (Achtung: Klimaanlage nicht den ganzen Tag laufen lassen). Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht. Instantpulver ist die Lösung. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer (eins mit zwei Einzelbetten, eins mit Doppelbett) und im Wohnzimmer noch eine Schlafcouch. Das Wohnzimmer lässt sich leider nicht verdunkeln. Insofern ist das nur bedingt zum Schlafen geeignet. Zur Lage: im zweiten Stock; noch mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Es wird aber (2019) direkt vor der Wohnung neu gebaut. Vermutlich ist die Sicht auf das Meer bald weg. Parken vor dem Haus war kein Problem. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Zu den Mietkosten kommen noch 35€ Reinigungsgebühr sowie die Ökösteuer hinzu. Außerdem ist eine Kaution (bei uns 200€) zu leisten. Alles wird am Anreisetag in bar gezahlt -> also daran denken, entsprechend viel Bargeld mitzunehmen.
