Post hurricane update 2/10: Pool is unavailable, no damage to the unit. Both beach and elevator are open and running.
Welcome to paradise. Sea Gate 207 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo with direct beachfront views.
Enjoy your days on the large private balcony or take a dip in the heated pool and make use of the multiple shared gas and charcoal grills on property. The condo has in unit laundry and a fully stocked kitchen to make your vacation a more comfortable stay.
The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, king size bed and flat screen tv. One guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 2 queen beds with a flat screen tv and an additional guest bedroom with queen size bed.
The condo is newly painted and has new furniture in the living and bedrooms. There is one assigned parking space and limited guest parking which works on a first come first serve basis.
Condo is supplied with beach towels and chairs, as well as all bed linens and bath towels. There are starter basics of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and dish detergent provided upon check-in.
Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.
