The Neighborhood:

The Dockside Condos are centrally located in South Clearwater Beach close to all the action of Shepherd’s nightclub, restaurants, sports bars, miniature golf and more as well as being only two blocks to the beach. From the front door you step out onto the balcony and enjoy the view of the inter-coastal water way all the way to the Memorial Causeway Bridge and downtown Clearwater. From the bedrooms you have a view of the Gulf of Mexico.



Getting Around:

The first car's parking is free and the second car incurs a $25 per night fee.

You will need to pre-arrange this and let us know how many cars you will have. You will need to send your vehicle information before so that we can send you an authorization number to place on the parking permit.



There will be parking permits located in the kitchen cabinet next to the bar stools. You will need to write the authorization number on the parking permit. You can park anywhere is not an assigned spot.



If you park and place a parking permit without an authorization number and/or don’t place a parking permit with an authorization number, your car will be towed and it will cost you $200 or more to retrieve it. Towing is enforced every day.



Boat dock use is not allowed.
