A fully furnished, clean and affordable studio apartment is waiting for your arrival. NO ADDITIONAL HOST FEES (cleaning) are added. Our accommodations are ideal for the individual who wants a safe and relaxing environment that provides for the basic essential amenities. A queen bed and fresh linens will allow for a good night's rest. The television is visible from both the bed and couch. Curtains allow for privacy between the bedroom and sitting area. A large walk-in bedroom closet is an added convenience for luggage storage. The kitchen comes equipped with an apartment size stove and refrigerator. Daily kitchen accessories include a coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is small and functional which includes the shower.
Your comfort is our priority. Outside, relax under your private, covered patio. A golf putting green is available for your enjoyment. Lounge chairs allow for relaxation in our garden area. Shared with your unit is the driveway and large fenced backyard; separate patios, divided by a gate.

I needed a comfortable easily accessible accommodation for a business trip. I was very pleased with the residence and host. It was very clean and had all the amenities I needed and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly with accessibility to shops. Susan was very communicative but respectful of my privacy. Wifi was reliable, easy to access the property, and the bed was moderately comfortable but thats unfortunately where the positives end. You're about 10-15 min driving from most things and the streets switch to industrial very so you cant walk safely. The space has signs it hadnt been cleaned properly (left over coffee grounds in coffee machine, plastic ware in the sink), no full size trashcan so if you eat anything beyond take out you end up filling the entire mini trash cans. The shower leaked water on the floor and because of the ada railings you couldnt actually wash yourself without opening the curtain and getting water on the floor even more so (for context i'm a 130lb 5'2). No full covers for the windows of the main room, just curtains which felt nerous for me, traveling alone. It worked for what I needed, a space to work from home for a week out of town. But it really lacked beyond that.

The host did a very nice job of maximizing the limited space with fun decorating and smaller useful items. The access was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. The host left instructions of local hospitals if there was a need and offered beach towels, sunscreen, and aloe vera. The only reservation we experienced was a slight smokey smell, especially in the bathroom (especially on the towels) but not enough to deter us from potentially staying there again. :)

Easy check-in, great quiet neighborhood for walking and yet very near Tyrone mall for shopping.Appreciate the parking spot and private entrance with motion light for visibility at night.Living space was clean and pleasantly laid out.Sink area just outside bathroom is a bit narrow for a larger person but okay for us.Windows have lace curtains but could use a shade for room darkening/ sleeping/privacy.(I clipped up my own Turkish towels to darken the room)Bed is firm with a topper for comfort.AC worked well with additional ceiling fan.Electric Stovetop (no oven access) and microwave helped us prepare simple breakfast meals. Note: coffee mugs in kitchen are NOT microwaveable! Gold on handles will heat up as I found out heating up my coffee! Host was friendly and available if needed but respectful of privacy.Would I return? Absolutely!! Very peaceful property.

Affordable, and Convenient

If you are looking for a place large enough for light cooking , comfortable sleep , an ample tv viewing area , and enough green space to take your pets out as needed , this place is a gem . It is within five to ten minutes of shopping , several beaches, tons of restaurants, and great parks. The communication between the owner and lodgers is top notch . She is hospitable and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be. Highly recommend!

Good for a busy vacationer

This place does the job, it is a bit crammed especially bathroom area but if you aren't planning on spending a lot of time here, it's sufficient. Susan was very polite and able to respond to request in a quick manner. I would suggest booking a car if you plan to go to the beach, the uber/lyft from here does end up adding up!

One Night Still With Me

We have never experienced anything like this host. We stayed one night, money refunded next day. It was not a one bedroom, but large room with bed stuck in a corner. I was traveling with my brother and this was not ideal situation, but I had medical equipment I needed to load back into car, and all our luggage. When I explained I needed another hour past her 11 am check out, she became furious, demanding we get out now. When we went to put luggage in car, she became verbally abusive, as was heard by the VRBO rep who I was on the phone with during this incident. She said she had called the cops on this, and I said that was fine with me so they could see what was going on. As we were trying to load our car, she planted herself across the sidewalk so I couldn't walk out the gate, and repeatedly demanded to know why we were still there. I asked her to move off the sidewalk so we could load our things at least 5 or more times, and when I started to try to move past her, she yelled, "Don't you touch me." I'm 70 and I'm tiny. She finally stepped aside so my brother could load our car while telling me to get out, she didn't want any "prima donnas" there. She was so loud and abusive to me that my little Chihuahua peed on the floor. We cleaned it up. On check in, she immediatley demanded pet fee, which I was happy to provide. Bathrromwas extremely dirty, and I did take pictures of everything as proof.

Nice place for a quick visit

I was visiting family in the St. Petersburg area. The location of this VBRO was perfect for my needs. The place was small, but just what we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, and my husband was able to walk to a local restaurant to watch sports. I like the tv options, and watched a few shows on Netflix. They could use a new remote control, because some things had to be handled directly on the TV. Everything else was fine.
