I didn't like the limited cleaning of the room. We did see it would be ever other day cleaning but they didn't do that. We had to ask them to clean and they said they could only do a light cleaning and towel replacement.

Great hotel, well located. Some surrounding areas are still under construction . No room service, not actually any service offered apart from valet(they force you to take valet parking and its $USD 38 per Day. Hotel is great looking with a nice terrace with pool. Everything is beautiful and brand new. Rooms lack a bit of cozyness and mattresses are OK- not really premium quality

Price point better than most surrounding hotels, basic amenities-rooftop pool and patio nice! Breakfast available. Room spacious and clean. Bed a too soft for us and pillows squish flat. Sofa couch comfortable as a sitting area. Staff friendly with excellent service, especially valet parking.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Perfectly located one block away from the beach. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. It felt like a high end Marriott due to the beautiful gym overlooking the canal and the heated pool with a bar. We traveled with our dog who was welcomed without any issues. The hotel charges a dog fee so call to confirm the rate before booking.

This property was awful! Rude staff. I booked out a day early because it was so dirty, noisy and they had so many hidden fees (valet $38 per night) never told this upfront. No room service. Dirty bed. Gross and do not recommend!
