Sleeping arrangements
The home offers five distinct bedrooms for up to 16 guests. Downstairs, two king bedrooms—“Really pretty” and “Ride the wave”—provide spacious comfort. The “Fun Room” features four full‑size beds arranged around a playful bunk‑slide setup, perfect for kids or the young at heart. Upstairs, “Back 2 blue” holds two full‑size beds, while “Good vibes” offers a queen bed, ensuring every guest finds a restful spot.
Outdoor living
Beyond the pool, the backyard is an entertainer’s playground. A heated‑option saltwater pool invites a dip any time of day. An outdoor movie theatre creates cinema‑style evenings, and a multi‑sports court welcomes pickleball, basketball, or a friendly match of any game you choose. A putting green and a bowling alley add quiet competition, while a firepit and lounge area provide cozy spots for conversation as the sun sets.
Kitchen & dining
The chef’s kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals for large groups. An indoor dining table seats everyone comfortably, and an adjacent outdoor dining area lets you enjoy meals al fresco, savoring the warm Florida air and gentle breezes.
Location & neighborhood
Set in a peaceful Largo neighborhood, the home feels like a private oasis yet remains close to local attractions. Downtown Largo is a five‑minute drive, and Clearwater Beach and Sand Key Park are reachable within 20 minutes, giving you easy access to sun, sand, and seaside dining.
Additional amenities
Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the interior cool, while bathroom essentials ensure convenience. A pool table, TV, and a variety of outdoor games keep guests entertained. Noise decibel monitors and security cameras add an extra layer of peace of mind. The property is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions to share in the vacation experience.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors.
It offers wide sidewalks ideal for running and walking. The property is only 19 km from John's Pass, 19 km from Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk and 24 km from Chihuly Collection. Tropicana Field is 25 km from the accommodation, while St. Pete Pier is 25 km away. The nearest airport is St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, 7 km from the property.
Just a heads up: the property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times.

Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $50 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera on the driveway and the side yard monitoring for access from the gate
