The hotel is newly constructed so everything is great. There is some work around the perimeter and adjacent building but not too intrusive. Soft opening so lacks atmosphere but overall an excellent stay.

I was pleasantly surprised after booking Chart House last minute! It’s really conveniently located, has a beautiful view of the marina from the rooms, I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub (so nice to have the outside shower and restroom at the pool!), and I received a very friendly welcome at check-in. The room was spotless, spacious (huge bathroom too), and modern. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable so I was able to have a great night’s sleep. The parking garage is really convenient, but I actually ended up walking to restaurants and the beach because of how conveniently the hotel is located. Chart House is a hidden gem at a great price. I will absolutely stay here again next time I come to Clearwater Beach.

The staff was warm and inviting. The room had a beautiful view of the marina. (Under construction at the time with the hurricane rebuild) The room was nice and new. We've had more comfortable beds and less comfortable beds. The location and value of this hotel are what sold us. Everything within walking distance. Peir 60, the beach, shops, and of course the restaurants. (Which theirs just opened prior to our stay.) Parking across the street. No breakfast at the time of our stay but coming very soon. I'd stay here again.
