Mold in utility closet on trim, peeling paint on cabinets, major water damage in bathroom, dual shower is awful… you can’t turn the water on to let it warm up or it will spray out into the bathroom…. Which has caused a lot of water damage in the whole bathroom. Shower does not drain so you are constantly standing in water and there is nowhere to put your shower necessities. Owner communicates very well and responds in a very quick manner. We were pretty satisfied with most things until she tried to charge us an outrageous fee for having to move one piece of furniture, wipe lotion/sunscreen residue off of the counter where we stored it during our stay, clean the stove, and tried to blame us for the previous peeling paint on the kitchen cabinets. We were very very disappointed in her trying to get extra money from us after we already paid quite a bit more for our unit than all of our friends had paid for the ones they had rented. I now know we need to take very detailed pictures of everything in the condos before and after we leave so we do not get falsely accused of things.
