Located just across the street from Madeira Beach and only a short walk from John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, this comfortable retreat places you in the heart of one of the area’s most vibrant beach communities. Restaurants, shops, watersports, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located on the second floor and features an open-concept living space designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the living and dining area, offering both table seating and counter seating. The primary bedroom connects directly to the bathroom and features sliding door access to the private balcony, where you can enjoy partial views of the marina and Intracoastal below.

Guests will find TVs in every room, high-speed WiFi, and one parking pass for a standard passenger vehicle. Beach essentials including towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon are provided so you can easily enjoy the sand just steps away. Guests also have access to the building’s amenities, including a heated pool, hot tub, and a fully equipped fitness center.

Madeira Beach is known for its beautiful white sand shoreline and relaxed coastal atmosphere. From the condo, the beach is just a short 2–3 minute walk across the street via a public crosswalk. John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk is also nearby, offering waterfront restaurants, local shops, fishing charters, dolphin tours, parasailing, jet ski rentals, and other coastal activities.

For those who prefer a slower pace, you can simply relax on the beach, enjoy the marina views from your private balcony, or unwind by the heated pool and spa after a day exploring the area.

The condo is dog friendly and welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs with a pet fee. Starter supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided, though additional items may be needed for longer stays.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are dog friendly so bring your bestie. 1 dog allowed (25 lb max) with a pet fee. Any damages caused by your pet are not covered by this fee. No aggressive breeds.
