The Safety Harbor Lake House is located in the heart of Safety Harbor. This Key West Style Home is One of a Kind. Every room features stunning water views. The open floor plan leads out to a beautiful screen-in pool and a freshwater lake. Wake up every morning on the lake, or relax in the evening on your own private dock. Enjoy family barbecues next to your own private pool. This home features wood floors throughout - new kitchen appliances - southern shutters - caged pool - private fishing dock and a terrific view! This is a truly a fantastic location and a terrific place to entertain friends & family. And of course pets are always welcome. There is a one time $75 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.

Safety Harbor is known for its arts and music festivals. This home is located just a few blocks from downtown. You can become a part of the Safety Harbor lifestyle. Walk to restaurants, taverns, boutiques, and festivals. Bike down Bayshore Blvd., Explore Majestic Philippi Park or take in a day at the World Famous Safety Harbor Spa. Best of all, Fish off Your Own Private Pier! We provide pool toys, 2 bikes and 2 fishing poles.

PLEASE NOTE; IT'S HOT DOWN HERE. The Pool can be Heated through the winter months upon request. The fee is $40 a night or $450 a month. If you require a heated pool let me know. It takes about a week to heat the water. I'll send a payment request for the additional charges and we will have the pool ready for you when you arrive. The pool will NOT be heated from April 1st through Dec 1st.

Convenient to Gulf beaches, baseball spring training, tropical gulf courses, shops and restaurants and 2 Airports. You can get just about anywhere in about 15 minutes.

Our family of six (my husband, me, and our adult children with partners) enjoyed this beautiful home situated on Alligator Lake in a bird sanctuary.With my husband being a nature photographer, we enjoyed sitting on the dock at sunrise or sunset and watching the birds fish, and even spotted a gator swimming.The sights and sounds are extremely peaceful and the heated pool made for a nice treat after we all participated in the Best Damn Race in Safety Harbor, in February.Downtown Safety Harbor and the fabulous restaurants are a short 15 minute walk from this house, or a 2 to 5 minute drive. The bedrooms were very comfortable and host provided plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper, and pool towels. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything worked well. We just couldn't figure out how to start the dishwasher.The host, Becky, was lovely to work with and responded quickly to any questions. We appreciated her thoughtful touches, like extra rolls of toilet paper, plenty of hand soap, bath wash, and helpful instructions and notes. Decor inside and outside the home is lovely and it is a quiet, safe neighborhood, with friendly, welcoming neighbors. We look forward to returning, one day.

Loved our stay at Becky’s house. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. House was immaculate!! Bedrooms were very comfortable and plenty of pool towels and bath towels available. It was nice to travel with minimal luggage and be able to do laundry a couple times. Pool was a comfortable temperature and very clean. A hand rail for the pool stairs would make it perfect. Safety Harbor was a cute town with fun bars and restaurants. Very close to both PIE and TPA airports. Highly recommend!

Charming house, very spacious. It is in a wonderful location, perfect for walking into town or along the bay. The patio and pool felt very private. The dock was a great feature for watching beautiful sunsets on the lake, and it was a great place to do meditation and yoga. Incredible active wildlife to watch and hear too!

This property had everything we needed and more. The backyard pool was beautiful, and the view from the patio made it even more relaxing. We loved being able to walk right into Safety Harbor, which is such a charming, walkable town with plenty of restaurants and things to explore. The location was ideal—scenic, close to Clearwater’s beaches, Tampa, and the airport. The home was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, from dishes to beach chairs, which made our stay so convenient and comfortable

Great Spacious Home In The Most Walkable Town Near The Gulf Coast!

We have been staying in this area for the past 19 years every March and thoroughly enjoyed this home and town. Safety Harbor is one of the only towns (maybe Dunedin is the other) where you can park your car once and simply walk the rest of the week to almost every bar, restaurant, or brewery that you would like to visit. The home is exactly a 7 minute walk to the main strip and it is great to get out and about and walk past the very nice and different homes in the area. The home itself gives off a much larger feel than it appears from the outside. The inside is spacious and airy with great view of the lake behind it. The three bedrooms are all very large with high ceilings and there are three separate full bathrooms with one en suite. The kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much anything you could possibly need to make all kinds of food and drink. The pool is very nice and screened in to protect you from any critters. The deck over the lake is a great place to take in the serene nature all around you. The grounds are well kept. The home was clean and did not have any kind of odors that some rental homes have. We utilized the grill to make a couple of meals as well as the range and oven to cook breakfasts in a few days. There was even a full second refrigerator/freezer in the garage which we used to store beverages and ice bags. The communication with the host was fast and straightforward. Check in& check out were a breeze. Would highly recommend and will surely come again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Rebecca was wonderful and responded quickly with any questions we had. The pool was fantastic. The family really enjoyed it. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and it close to the cute downtown area with many cute shops and wonderful restaurants. I would recommend staying here to anyone with families. Perfect for our family!

This was a perfect house for our family get-together. It is spacious and provided plenty of room for us to spread out and do separate things - read, play games, watch TV, etc. It was very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and dishes. The neighborhood is lovely and is within walking distance to the Safety Harbor restaurants, stores, marina, walking path. The only thing that was misleading is that the third bathroom does not connect to a bedroom. It worked out fine for us, but the description online doesn't specify that. We highly recommend this house!

Great home/location/town

Our family really enjoyed this property and highly recommend to everyone without hesitation. Home is very clean and spacious, as well as quiet and relaxing. Kitchen has everything you need. Safety Harbor is such a cute little town and we dined at a few of the restaurants. We all loved the backyard and lake with the dock. Enjoyed seeing the pelicans dive for fish every day and all of the other birds as well. Got to see an aligator each morning. About a 30 minute drive to the ocean at Indian Rocks Beach.

Alligator Lake

Lovely home, updated and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with just about anything you could imagine needing. The outdoor patio area was relaxing with a stunning view of the lake. It was so peaceful. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. We especially liked the quiet neighborhood setting.
