This was perfect for the five of us on our Annual Girlfriend Trip. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and there were plenty of towels for the kitchen, the bathrooms, and the beach. The host provides lots of beach equipment. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach and relaxing on the beach and at the pool.The hosts were great! They were always quick to respond to questions and provided helpful tips for the area. We'll stay there again next time we're in the area.

This was a great rental from beginning to end. Great communication with hosts. Great parking with easy access. The elevator worked! All the time! (have had some that did not). Clean comfortable unit for 6 adults and 3 little ones. Thoughtful touches such as high chairs, kids chairs, kids utensils, well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for our family. Nice balcony with view of intercoastal waterway. Storage cabana by pool with chair and beach toys. Pool and hot tub were great. Beach was right there at condo. One family member was able to work remotely one day. Great location and able to walk to CVS, ice cream and some restaurants. Family all agreed this was one of their favorite rentals and we hope to return someday!

Booking, arrival and checkout were all very easy. The condo was spacious, well stocked with cookware, dinner ware, etc.. It was nice to have the cart for luggage and groceries. Huge washer and dryer.Most importantly, it was very clean. I walked around in stocking feet and my socks stayed white.We prepared Christmas dinner for 9 and had plenty of pots, pans, and serving dishes. Three year old grandson loved the pool!We left a message for owner and received an immediate response. Very enjoyable stay. Would recommend. Thank you.

Perfect family vacation!

The home is perfect. It was updated and very clean. There wasn’t an item we needed that wasn’t there. The kitchen is very well stocked and the place had games and beach towels that came in handy as we were flying. The owner was very attentive and responded to our question quickly. The unit was easy to enter upon arrival and there was so much room for our large family. We will be renting this unit again.

Condo was great and as advertised. Everything we needed was there. Beach was fantastic and not crowded at all. Was very handy to have beach chairs, umbrella and beach tent for shade. We especially loved the proximity to the beach and nearby shopping and restaurants. Sam/Patrice were great and very quick to respond to everything. We were without power for 2 days.

We were without power for two days. There was an issue in the main power box. Communication could have also been better. Property owner asked about the number of people staying the day before we checked in. We stayed at this property multiple years and was never an issue. However, this year it was. They should have given us advance warning.

The condo is beautiful. The bonus room was perfect for our boys. On Saturday after the storm, the power went out and knocked the thermostat out. I messaged the owner and they had someone out that afternoon to repair the unit. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sam and Patrice’s beautiful condo at Indian Rocks Beach. I visited with my daughters, son in laws and my 1 year old grandson.I’ve been visiting Indian Rocks Beach for 35 years and the Oceanside condos are by far my favorite location.We were in walking distance to many restaurants, brewery and stores. Villa Gallace is a wonderful Italian restaurant and we also went to Monstah Lobstah, guilty Seas, Salt Rock Grill and Guppy’s and had great meals!The Condo was exactly as described and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises from our balcony and we went to the beach for the sunsets.Thank You Sam and Patrice for providing such a fantastic vacation spot! I’m so looking forward to renting again in the near future!Jane Phillips

Our first time in IRB!

This was our annual framily vacation and we really enjoyed IRB, this home and the gulf side of Florida in general. This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back. Being close to shops and restaurants was great as was being close to Clearwater without staying in Clearwater. The home was huge and the extra room off the master suite was perfect for giving all 4 kids their own beds! We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!
