This full townhome includes both the first-floor and second-floor units, offering flexible living space across two levels:

Upper Level:
- One bedroom & one and half bathrooms: King bed with Nova memory foam mattress and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and towel warmer. Additional half bathroom.
- Comfortable living area with pull-out sofa featuring a full-size memory foam mattress
- Private balcony with two plush chairs for relaxing

Lower Level:
- Two bedrooms & one full bathroom: King bed & queen bed with sliding doors leading directly to the patio and fenced backyard
- Small den and kitchenette
- Private fenced backyard with outdoor seating, grill, and pet-friendly turf

This home offers two separate cooking spaces, ideal for groups or extended stays:
Upper-Level Full Kitchen:
- Full-size refrigerator
- Stove and oven
- Microwave
- Dual Keurig coffee maker for pods or ground coffee, stocked with everything you need for coffee, tea, or hot chocolate

Lower-Level Kitchenette:

Important Notes
- Pet fees support professional cleaning of all upholstery after pet stays. Please rinse pet areas in the yard using the provided hose and review the Pet Rules in the House Rules section carefully before booking.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out are not always available, but we’re happy to try to accommodate when possible. If you arrive early on the day of check-in, feel free to message us to see if the unit is ready.

Guest Count
Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are permitted on the property at any time unless you receive prior written approval from the host. Exceeding the booked guest count will result in a $100 fine per person, per night. No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior host approval.

Pets
We welcome one dog with a $200 pet fee. Two small dogs may be considered with prior owner approval.
- No aggressive breeds
- 50 lb maximum unless pre-approved by the host
- No cats (as much as we love them!)


Please review the full Pet Rules in the House Rules section before booking. If you instant-book and do not meet these requirements, you will be required to cancel from the guest side. A full refund is provided only at the time of booking.

Parking
One driveway parking space is provided. Space is limited and may not accommodate large vehicles. Additional options include limited street parking on Douglas Avenue and a nearby free public parking lot. The garage is a shared space used for bike and beach equipment storage.

Flood Zone
The property is located 3 blocks from the water in a non-flood zone.

Cameras
Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the building and in shared interior hallways only. There are no cameras inside any private living spaces.
