This condo had all of the boxes checked! The location was perfect, and the gulf view was outstanding! Every amenity you could want was provided: a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, games, books, ample balcony seating, along with a perfect parking spot-even for our full-size SUV! We appreciated the cleanliness and the tasteful decor. The beds were comfortable, and there was ample space for storing our belongings. We couldn't ask for more comfort in the living spaces, as the reclining sofa, reclining chair, and 6 dining chairs allowed us to relax after a busy day of activities. We especially liked the large dining table for game playing. The coded doors to the lobby and our condo allowed for easy access. We were fortunate to cross paths with the friendly woman who cleaned the condo as she was leaving, or we wouldn't have known the code for the lobby door. The only code shared in the welcome email was the one for our unit. Thanks for making our stay in Madeira Beach a memorable one! We will definitely be recommending this rental to anyone asking for a perfect place to stay on the gulf coast!

If you are looking for a clean, well maintained beach front property with an amazing view this is definitely the place. You will never want to leave the balcony. This condo has everything you will need. Well equipped kitchen and lots of beach chairs and towels.

This place was incredible! Stop scrolling now and book this place. You will not be disappointed. We have never enjoyed a vacation home as much as this one! Our family of 6 had plenty of space and it felt like home immediately. The balcony view is breathtaking and you can hear the waves crashing the day and night. There is a trolley that can get you to anywhere up and down the coast. John's Pass Boardwalk is a 30 minute walk or for 2.25 you can ride the trolly less than five minutes. Great food and shopping options. Hot tub, heated pool, endless beach views, it was perfect! We had everything we needed and the only thing we didn't like about it is that we had to leave! Book it now!!

Great time to visit this area. Small crowd. Didn’t wait at any restaurant. Condo was well stocked and very clean. Lots of towels, dishes and space. Pool area is very clean and plenty chairs and umbrellas. Spa was broken all but one day of our stay. That was our biggest disappointment. But we would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay!

The rooms were spacious and had a great amount of storage, especially the master bedroom. Kitchen well stocked with essentials and more. Furniture and style/decor was perfect and excellent condition and quality. Location was great just a short drive in any direction to areas like John’s Pass, St Petersburg and Clearwater and many restaurants along the way although immediate location could use some more quick walkable restaurants/coffee/treats especially for older kids and teens. The pool area was clean and updated with plenty of chairs and shaded areas. Nice grill on pool deck too. Parking was spacious even for a large suv. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas on beach but just note that the ones you can rent near the water cannot be right behind the condo unit they are in the public space two lots over but still very close. There are ones right behind on the property but they are closer to the pool not the water. Overall this was a great experience for these first timers to the gulf.

Ideal vacation home!

As a native Floridian it’s hard to impress me with a beach condo, but this place did! It’s spacious, updated and clean. The location was close to everything a beach town has to offer with a short drive to Johns Pass and Clearwater Beach. The view was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful staycation

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Beautiful property and the cleanest and best stocked unit we have ever rented! Only thing was a hiccup with the entry code not working that was sent by VRBO. We were able to reach the mgr within 15 minutes to resolve and get in.

This was an extremely well equipped unit. Everything we needed and more. We even had a built in security system… the main sliding door was pretty hard to open so our grand children couldn’t open it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home. We ll be back!

Great location on the beach!

We loved our two week stay at Seaview in March 2024! Unit is very well kept and clean-kudos to Dorothy and her staff. Property manager, Teresa, is always responsive to our inquiries. Larry (owner) was very accommodating on our early arrival. Cant beat the location…right on the beach and close to many Madiera Beach restaurants & hot spots! Love the oversized balcony to hang out for coffee in morning and enjoy great sunsets in evening. Cant wait to return in 2025 and enjoy the newly remodeled pool deck. Seaview is a great location!
