Good: communication and parking and location was convenient. It was a safe and secure tiny home. Behind a gate. Nice yard. Not good: if you are over 5’4 look close at toilet and wall ratio in bathroom. Spread legs to use toilet! Same with getting into the bed. :Dirty! I had to clean counters and shower floor of ick’ and used my own pillows etc. :freezer was snowing: shower leaked no matter what all over floor and shower handle was broke loose. You have to clean your own dishes, which makes you wonder if the person before you cleaned their dishes, which means I cleaned every one of the dishes I used before I used it and after. Check the fee’s! 50 each violation. if you do not do all the dishes.

Our stay at this sweet St. Pete tiny home/studio was wonderful. The space was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It truly had all the essentials, which made the experience easy and relaxing.The host was especially attentive and friendly. Communication was excellent—every time I reached out through email or the app, they responded very quickly. It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience.Overall, we had a fantastic stay! I would definitely recommend this tiny home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a responsive and welcoming host. We will be booking it next year for the next Indy St. Pete race! This property is in a good, quiet area. I loved the reserved parking, the secured outer gate (which made for great privacy), and the house itself is very secure. It was very clean, easy to maintain, and had every amenity, including air-fryer, coffee and tea setup, kitchenware, and plenty of linens. A great value!!
