You'll be steps from the beach and several restaurants; watch the sunset from your balcony. Within 5 minutes of Madeira Beach/John's Pass, and 10 minutes from Clearwater beach but you will likely find yourself wanting to stay on your less crowded, private beach. This condo also features new furnishings, coastal decor, tons of amenities, and more!

Perfect beach spot

Great place to stay! Smooth check in, clean property, quick communication from owners. It was so convenient to have everything you need for the beach already there. My family enjoyed playing all the board games to get a break from the sun. They also had a bottle of champagne for us when we arrived and coffee. Kitchen was also stocked with everything you need. We would stay again. It's just a great beach spot.

Beautiful Beach Condo

This condo offers everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation…the owners have supplied so many amenities We have stayed there many times. It is always clean and beautifully maintained. The beach is quiet and beautiful, and the sunsets from the deck are amazing. You can walk for miles on the beach. My favorite walk was up to John’s Pass. The owners have always been wonderful.

A Gem of a Getaway on Treasure Island

We love this property so much that this is our 2nd time staying here and we plan to do so again. This is truly a happy place for us. The interior has a modern coastal feel and is very relaxing, very clean. The owners always make sure that everything we need is provided; from a well-appointed kitchen (including a frozen margarita maker!) to a wide range of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc.) The location is perfect. We are steps from the beach and the beautiful gulf coast. Also, during our stay the owners touched base with us several times to see if we needed anything. Overall, it was an awesome vacation and we can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Place

We can’t say enough great things about Jason and Melissa‘s condo on Sunset Beach. The condo is beautiful, just as described and pictured. The entire unit was immaculate and everything was designed to make the guests feel very much at home. The king size bed was the most comfortable we have ever encountered in in any hotel or rental we have ever stayed in. The beach is so close and very beautiful. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. The pool was clean and warm. The other guests were friendly and welcoming. We have already reserved for next year. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo and for putting so much care and thought into making it warm and comfortable. Thank you also for the lovely bottle of wine.

Best Sunset Beach Vacation

We've been staying at the Sunset Chateau for the past 7 years, but this was the first time staying here and it was truly spectacular. The condo is very clean and spacious. It felt like we were home. We loved every single thing about this condo! Super clean when we arrived, with simple clear directions on everything in the condo. The pool was amazing and the beach was amazing!! Just steps away from the beach

My husband and I really enjoyed this property. The area was very nice - residential but still close to restaurants and stores. The condo is very nice - updated with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will definitely come back!

Jason, the owner, who we communicated with, was awesome. We have not met a nicer, more accommodating person. He was always willing to address our questions before and after we were checked in. The condo was very comfortable and very well thought out with the decor and detail . Everything in the condo was top notch. Literally we were a parking space away from an awesome beach. Everything that was written in the description was exactly the way the condo was. we will definitely be back. It was Paradise. Thank You Jason for a wonderful week and for working with us in our situation.

Perfect get away!

This condo was just as pictured. Beautiful, clean and beach front! Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The location was convenient to restaurants and beach bars as well as stores if you need groceries, etc. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for the stay. The chairs and umbrella were so appreciated as was the pack n play for our 1 year old. Contacted the owner with a question and he responded with a quick and friendly reply. We loved our experience here ans would stay again!

Perfect little beach place

This place was absolutely perfect for my husband and two kids. The beach was a few steps away and the views were perfect. The place was fully stocked with beach items so you don’t need to buy or bring a bunch of stuff.
