Definitely do not stay here during the winter - it’s not cold often in Florida, but when it is the rooms are freezing! Also, this is not a good place to stay if you have mobility issues. The walk from the parking area to the room is fine if you’re able-bodied, but as someone who uses a cane and finds walking painful, it was excruciating. Otherwise it was fine, although the loveseat near the TV was pretty uncomfortable. Good place to stay if you’re relatively young and the weather is warm. Check-in was convenient and staff was responsive to our needs.

This was an excellent place to stay. The suite was clean and well kept. The beds are a little worn, but comfortable enough to sleep. The water pressure in the shower and sinks was the biggest negative. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again

It was relatively clean and comfortable enough. Needed instructions on how things work around the property, such as the tv wouldn’t work. Our garbage was full and didn’t know where to dump it. Could have used more towels, garbage bags, etc.

When I arrived at the property, it was under construction. The property had been destroyed by the hurricane. There was no manager on site. The construction worker had to call the property manager on my behalf. She indicated the property should have never been rented. She sent me to another location of a property that she managed a few blocks away. I would like a refund of my money for the significant inconvenience.

Very disappointed. Couldn’t sleep on the uncomfortable sofa bed. Asked for it to be changed. No help. Empty pool had mold growing in it and was unsafe for falling in if kids are around. Just a low quality place.

Nice location, Nice value!

Nice location one block off main strip and very close to nearby beaches, restaurants, etc. The outside of the cottage was not very aesthetic, but the inside was nice, cozy & modern. The 1 bedroom/1bath has 2 TV’s with cable, a refrigerator, microwave, stove, iron, & small ironing board. The bathroom is aesthetically pleasing with good lighting, a large clear glass shower & nice backsplash finish. My only complaints would be that the walls seemed a little thin (occasionally could hear neighbor), bed linens seemed like they could have been cleaner & the light in the kitchen area was too easy to bump your head on (for context - I’m 6’2”). Overall 7.5/10
