Step into our Seminole s outdoor haven, where a heated, shimmering pool is the centerpiece of your private relaxation and play area. Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees.

The luxurious master bedroom boasts a grand king-sized bed and an en-suite for ultimate privacy. Queen beds grace three additional rooms, offering plush tranquility for a restful night's sleep.
The bunk bed enclaves, featuring twin over twin arrangements, are a dreamy hideout for kids or friends, complete with their own en-suite bathroom. Designed for peaceful rest and privacy, every room is a blend of comfort and convenience, ensuring a restorative sleep for all.

We want you to feel right at home, but we also want to keep things comfortable for all guests and neighbors. Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay:
🚭 No smoking indoors – You're welcome to smoke outside, just please dispose of butts responsibly.
🎉 No parties or events – Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.
🕓 Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM – Need to arrive early or leave late? Let us know! Hourly rates may apply.
👤 Minimum rental age – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
💰Nightly Rate – Based on standard occupancy. Additional guest fees may apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit.
📋 Guest list required – For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
📝 Sign the rental agreement – Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
🚗 Parking – There is a 2-car garage and the driveway can fit 2-4 cars. No street parking.
🐾 PET POLICY
Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.
Guests planning to bring pets must provide the following information before arrival:
• Pet breed
• Weight
• Age
⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETS—even if tied to a car parked in the property's parking spaces—will result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.
PET FEES
Pet fees are paid separately after the reservation is confirmed, as they are not included in the reservation amount.
First Pet
• $175 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $75 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period
Second Pet
• $125 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $50 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period
Cats: A $500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to have no damages caused by the cat.
RESTRICTED BREED POLICY
Due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are restricted. However, guests traveling with a restricted breed may still be able to bring their pet by obtaining temporary pet liability insurance covering the dates of their stay.
The policy must:
• Cover the entire duration of the reservation
• Provide liability coverage for the pet
• List STR Management Solutions, LLC as Additional Insured
• A copy of the policy must be submitted prior to check-in.
Short-term policies are commonly available through providers such as Thimble or NerdWallet.
Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to:
• Akita
• Alaskan Malamute
• Bullmastiff
• Presa Canario
• Chow Chow
• Doberman Pinscher
• German Shepherd
• Pit Bull Terrier
• American Staffordshire Terrier
• Rottweiler
• Siberian Husky
• Belgian Malinois
• American Bully
• Wolf or wolf-hybrid breeds
Note: Mixed breeds containing these breeds may also be restricted.
PET RULES
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and neighbors:
• Pets must not be left unattended in the home unless crated.
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
• Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
• Excessive barking or disturbances may require the pet to be removed from the property.
• Any damage caused by pets is the guest's responsibility.
SAFETY POLICY
For safety and insurance reasons, the following are not permitted:
• Exotic animals
• Aggressive animals
• Pets with any bite history
• Trained attack or protection animals
SERVICE ANIMALS
• Service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
• Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are subject to the standard pet policy.
