The rooms are all updated but we had a very wobbly table that my sons mive to pkay cards it almost fell apart in their hands we put it right back

Not so good. The room phone was broke. Also, there was no internet service in the room and the front desk employee was not helpful. The hotel computer could not be used since it was contaminated with malware. Food not as good as before. We used to have hot cooked food, not now????

The room was overpriced. It was comfortable and a good size however the front desk and housekeeping department (especially the head housekeeper) were BEYOND RUDE! I would NEVER stay there again!!!

Double suite was very spacious!

The grounds were gorgeous, however the breakfast options and the cleanliness were very lack luster. The curtains in our room were torn, and we could not walk without shoes in the room, because your bare feet or socks would turn black after one pass of the room. The breakfast options were regular hotel waffles, stale plain bagels and cereal.

Not So Great Lately

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past as it has a lower rate than most hotels in the area. Staff is friendly but hotel needs much maintenance. Last trip our toilet leaked at the base all over the floor on our last night. This trip we had no internet service once we walked into our room. We notified the front desk about this and were told “no one else complained”. Our shower head had little pressure, more water came out to the tub area than from the shower head. We did mention this upon departure. Not sure we’ll stay at this property again. Also, if you don’t like waffles or cereal, you have little choice for breakfast.

I had absolutely no issues with the staff. They were absolutely terrific. My problems were with the WiFi (non existent in my area of the hotel), when I had work to do, I had to leave the hotel, find a place that had free WiFi to do my work. The television (I had to path through every single channel to find the four channel guides) there was no channel listing sheet available at the hotel. There was one smoking area on the property that was a great distance from my room. Overall, due to facility issues, it was significantly less than the ideal customer experience. Mike
