This newly renovated beachfront condo in Sand Key features breathtaking views of clearwater bay and the Gulf of Mexico, three sets of sliding glass doors to access the 39-foot long balcony, stunning new furnishings, washer and dryer, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a fully equip kitchen.

A variety of beach accessories are provided for your use. The condo is perfect for families with or without children and is stocked with a high chair, pack n play, beach toys, board games, beach towels, cooler, beach wagon, beach umbrella, and cable television in family room and bedrooms.

We supply all linens, towels, beach towels, and pack n play sheets.

Unit is accessible by stairs or elevator.

Sand Key Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo on Sand Key. The condo is exactly as portrayed by the photos. It is a bright and cheery place to call "home" each day. It is very well equipped and provides everything that you need for a great stay. The view was indescribably beautiful. The beach is quiet and very accessible. Nothing beats a 30-second walk to reach the beach, with miles of sand to walk in each direction. Sand Key is a quiet, beautiful community, and is well located close to restaurants, shops and services. Kayla is very approachable and answered our questions quickly. She takes care of the smallest of details. Should any small problem crop up, her local property managers, Ronnie and Mariza take care of it immediately. We highly recommend this condo.
