Upgraded and refurbished in 2013- Home away from home- Vacation Rental 213- GOLD rated, is a second-floor condo located in N Redington Beach. Living/dining room, three bedrooms and two full baths. Updated and fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything needed for at home dining. Living room and master bedroom with private Gulf front balcony directly overlooking our sparkling white sand beach. Flat screen cable televisions in living room and all three bedrooms. Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom. Washer/Dryer. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Seven-night minimum stay required. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy 8.
