Family Vacation

This house is amazing! It was plenty of room for my family of 6 (four adults and two kids). The house is open, the pool is relaxing and the neighborhood is quiet and minutes from shopping, restaurants and beaches. The modern upgrades to the house is the perfect touch for such a beautiful property. We can’t wait to stay in this house again really soon!

Great Place!

Everything was super clean and organized. There were even extras provided at the house which was great! The pool was awesome and my kids had a ton of fun. Our hosts even texted us to make sure we got in okay. We will definitely be using these hosts again in the future!

Great family getaway

Was a great place for our family of five to spend thanksgiving together. Very clean and beautiful finishes, loved the huge island in the kitchen! My 8 year old would have lived in the pool if possible, it stayed very warm despite the cooler evenings.

Family vacation

This beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation! We had 7 adults and 1 infant with plenty of space for more. Mark and Grace were very responsive and helpful and even offered us a late check out which made our last day even more enjoyable. Loved how close we were to the beaches, just a quick 5 minute drive to Gulf blvd. Since we came a few weeks after the hurricanes, we spent much of our time at the house hanging out in the pool. We have no complaints at all. The beds were comfortable and everything was impeccably clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals and there was plenty of seating at the dining table or at the huge granite island. We loved that there were enough beach chairs/ gear for all of us! I highly recommend this house for any family gathering and would consider staying again in the future! Thank you for sharing it with us :)

Best Vrbo pick yet!

We were so happy with this house. From the cleanliness, to the layout and openness of kitchen and living room, to the pool and all the details and items for the beach you do not have to worry about getting or renting. We actually met one of the owners (Mark) on the first day there as he came out to make sure everything was good after the tropical storm rolled through the Tampa area the day before. Super nice and good people. Very responsive if any questions. I could go on and on but in short this is a property we would stay at again!

This property lives up to the description and all of the previous positive reviews. The property is clean and well cared for. The neighborhood is quiet. We found the beds comfortable. The floor plan would also be nice if two small families were traveling together.

Simply Amazing!

This house has it all and everything is exactly as advertised! We had a party of nine and spent 5 nights at this beautiful home and there was plenty of room for everyone and it’s close to multiple beaches and shopping areas. Lots of good seafood close by and a grocery store and Dollar Tree within minutes of the house. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as listed, and the homeowner had thought of everything!! All the beach tools were amazing and we were very thankful to be able to use them. The pool was beautiful and very inviting! This home was spotless which is very important to me when looking for a place. This home was in proximity of everywhere we wanted to go which was awesome. West Coast Florida Ladies' Getaway

The house was fantastic! So spacious, with plenty of room for the eight of us to lounge, sleep, shower, cook! The kitchen was better stocked than mine! Very modern, extremely clean and so comfortable! It seems like every detail was attended to in the house. We loved the pool! It was extra nice to have the ice machine and extra refrigerator in the garage. Quiet neighborhood, with beach right down the road. Hosts kept up updated every step of they way and were gracious enough to allow us in a little early.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and properly advertised. The house has a lot of the smallest details you don’t think about when at home. Other than groceries we didn’t have to run out for anything. Beach supplies are supplied so we didn’t need to bring anything with us. Saved space in the vehicles. The owners checked in via text I think the 2nd day there. It was great. I can’t think of any complaints really. We have stayed all over the east coast and this is probably one of the top ranking places. The ease of the process to all the convienences provided just made it that more enjoyable.

Perfect for Family!

This house and location were wonderful! My family visits Clearwater every year and have always stayed at a hotel on the beach. With young kids, it became difficult to enjoy the sun while kids rested inside, so we decided to switch to a house. The house and pool were clean and in such a peaceful neighborhood. There was also a Publix 1 minute away. The house is a spacious ranch with multiple locations to eat meals or lounge around. The hosts were responsive and left so much good information about the house and local restaurants and entertainment. There are beaches close by too! My family prefers the Sand Key beach was 20 minutes away, a very easy drive. The Master Suite is on the opposite side of the house from the other 3 bedrooms which offers a nice private space for those using it. Overall, we had a great experience with this rental and hope to rent it again in the future!

Immaculate, very user friendly home, exactly as described in listing, friendly hosts. More specific: kitchen a pleasure to cook in with plenty of utensils, pots, specialty cooking items. Very few condiments, but basics. At least 2 kinds of coffee makers. Screened porch. Heated pool. Large fenced yard for kid-playing. Comfortable beds, hot showers, games and puzzles, extra throws for snuggling on couches. Pool toys. Ping pong table. Beach toys and chairs. Totes to use at beach. Use of garage. Ceiling fans throughout. Several TVs. Can walk to Publix. Would definitely book again.

It really is this good

This home is ideal for a family gathering. The pool, ping pong table, family room and TV's in every room provided something for all. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, and the property's proximity to the beach is a real plus. I would highly recommend this home.
