We’re a family of four who traveled over spring break with two kids, and overall had a great stay. Check-in was smooth and easy. When our flight was canceled due to weather, we really appreciated being able to shift our reservation by a day so we didn’t lose valuable vacation time.The on-site laundry was very convenient, and the condo was well stocked with cookware, utensils, a coffee maker, and other essentials. Having grocery stores nearby made things even easier. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and we especially enjoyed the heated pool. The beach closet—with chairs and sand toys—was a thoughtful touch that our kids loved.Outside of the condo, traveling during this busy week meant planning ahead, especially for restaurant reservations. The weather wasn’t ideal for much of the trip, very windy and chilly, but we did get one beautiful day to fully enjoy the beach and pool. A hot tub would have been a great addition, especially this time of year.Overall, this was a fantastic first trip to Florida for our family, and we would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay in Indian Rocks Beach at this property. Chrissy and Rod were so responsive and easy to work with! The beach and pool were wonderful and convenient. The layout of the house was perfect for 2 couples- it was also clean and comfortable! We would definitely return!

Accomodations and location were great! Wonderful access to beach, and beach chairs and towels provided. Beautiful sunsets !! Messaged the owner that the ice maker wasn't working and didn't receive a reply. Also, three reminders of responsibilities at check-out was a little overboard, but we would stay again.

The place is beautiful. I loved how everything was labeled. The pool was perfect… very warm but not too warm. The extra storage area had a ton of outdoor gear and convenient. Tons of towels. Loved the balcony too. Front view of ocean between buildings.

The access to the beach was great! View from the unit was limited but we could still see the beach. Overall we had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. The hosts were very responsive and instructions were clear for check-in/out. IRB is beautiful!

We stayed here for my wifes 63rd b-day with older siblings. We stayed on 3rd floor using steps. The property was spotless clean, nice 2 bedroom and bathroom condo. The property is street blvd to ocean, but second building back from ocean or beach from front. There is a building ocean front inbetween this building and beach.we did not have to cross a street.The walk was less then 200’. We did have an ocean view but is limited. The pool is nice and clean. Parking is easy underneath the building. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. This is a really nice layed back neighborhood and the beach is extremely relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall was a good stay, The pictures are a bit unjust as the property is not on the beach as it appears, its set back and behind a building the same size and the only part of the beach you could see is a tiny sliver. However the beach is a very short walk away.The property is within walking distance to great food, gift shops and ICE CREAM!
