This spacious studio in a charming duplex cottage features new paint, a comfy king bed, and leather pullout sofa with twin memory foam mattress. It also offers almost silent mini-split AC/heat, tile shower with glass wall, fridge, ceramic stove and tile countertop. There is off-street parking. Just blocks from the restaurants, bars, beach and shopping of downtown Gulfport. Enjoy the many birds in the yard under the spectacular oak.

This studio is spacious, comfortable and quiet set in a neighborhood just 5 blocks from all that downtown Gulfport has to offer - restaurants, beach, Art Walks and galleries, Fresh Market on Tuesdays, fishing, library, and darling shops.
