Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great for us for both visiting family who live nearby, and for getting to the beach. Many stores, restaurants, and Indian Rocks Beach are all within a 10-minute drive. There's a small plaza within walking distance of the house which has a Publix, multiple restaurants, and a nice new coffee shop. The beds were comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. We visit this area at least once per year and would stay here again.

Great stay!

My sister and I, with our 6 children’s ages 2-17, stayed here for a week. It’s was perfect! Fenced in back yard, the house was spotless, washer and dryer in the garage, fully stocked kitchen with utensils and dishes. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

Great House

This house is perfect location. Minutes to Indian Shores and Indian Rocks. Either bridge you take is a very short drive time. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Very spacious and clean. I will be renting this house yearly. Absolutely love it!

Close to everything by car

We just spent a wonderful week in the house, going places, enjoying the games in the backyard, and the tv options. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, as there is nothing nicer than coming back home with fun memories and clean laundry! The house is a quiet neighborhood, very close to the supermarket and food options. Thank you!

Holiday stay

We stayed for a short holiday visit to spend time with local relatives. We were glad we weren’t required to book an entire week. Made it to the beach multiple times…just 10-15 minutes away, Plenty of restaurants nearby. NOT a beach house, NOT a party place. Located in a neighborhood. Great base camp and quiet neighborhood. Will look to stay here again.

Complete House on Excellent Location on my Budget

Great choice when I chose that rental house. Around a 5-minute drive to the beach, Tiki Gardens/Indian Shores Beach, a lovely beach, we like it more than Clearwater. A 5-minute drive to the FL Botanical Gardens. A clean, complete house, very homey, for a comfortable stay, we were four people and my dog. A 2 minute's drive to Publix and Dollar Tree, among many restaurants & stores. Perfect fenced backyard for my dog and BBQ gathering. Two bathrooms, so there was no drama with my teenagers doing the "line" for the shower. Four TVs and many games, including a mini gulf. Full garage for our 2 vehicles, washer & dryer. Great communication with Christopher when contacted. This is the best alternative to a front beach but small apartment, uncomfortable, expensive, and maybe dirty. Highly recomended.

Nice

Nice, friendly, all you need rental. Its a nice size house, very comfortable. Has nice fenced in back yard for your pets and very private feeling. Comfortable beds, and furniture. Would stay here again.
