Surf Song #117 - This unit is a ground floor non-smoking Studio Efficiency overlooking the pool and the beautiful gulf waters.. This adorable property is popular for couples while offering one of a kind views! Free Wifi. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Guests will immediately notice this well cared for property has new furnishings, a recently remodeled kitchen, bathroom, paint and artwork. Sleeping arrangements include a very nice king size bed. As a SunHost Resorts managed unit, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay.

While this property is everything and more, it's prime location is why several guests make repeat visits year after year. Just a short walk outside the front door and you will immediately find yourself at the heated pool, and BBQ facilities. Walk just a few moments longer and you will be at one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.

Surf Song 117 is located just across the street from the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. I loved the old school charm of the condo. Nice, clean updated studio. It had everything we needed. The air conditioner stopped working and they had a repair person on it pronto! The outdoor patio area is amazing! Just steps to the beach and walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants.

Good location

Nice place. Great location close to John's pass. Its an older property but pretty well maintained and clean. The condo is well equipped for cooking and the bbq grills are very nice. Pool is nice and the beach is great. Everything is as described in the discription.

Great little place

Small room with a decent sized kitchen. I wish it had plastic cups since there’s no glass allowed in the pool area, but overall it was a cute little place. Bed was comfortable but wasn’t fond of the very outdated comfortable. Luckily there was plenty of extra blankets in the closet. It was nice to be able to see the ocean from the window. Plenty of beach chairs available for complex to use. The pool was always clean and heated. Make sure u bring beach towels. Had a great time. Thank you for the beautiful memories :)
